Airparks East Midlands transfers
Transfers operate every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day. You should normally allow 40 minutes to check in and transfer to the airport. During the morning and afternoon busy periods you should allow more time to compensate for traffic delays. Additional time may be needed if Donington Park is holding a major event. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for traffic delays caused by events in the local area and strongly advise customers to check www.donington-park.co.uk for the latest details.
Disabled facilities: All the Airparks buses have access for disabled passengers.

Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival: To get to Airparks East Midlands turn into Donington Park, go through the security gate and Airparks is located 180 metres on the left (signposted). Upon your arrival at Airparks, enter the site through the barrier and drive to the end of the marked arrival lanes. Go to reception and hand in your printed confirmation (or quote booking reference) and your car keys and your car will be parked for you whilst you transfer to the terminal. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.
Departure: On return, simply wait where you were dropped off and our 20 minute bus service will transfer you back to the car park.
