East Midlands Airparks Transfers

Transfers run on request, 24 hours a day. You should normally allow 40 minutes to check in and transfer to the airport. During the morning and afternoon busy periods you should allow more time to compensate for traffic delays. Additional time may be needed if Donington Park is holding a major event. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for traffic delays caused by events in the local area and strongly advise customers to check www.donington-park.co.uk for the latest details.

Please note:
Park & Ride customers will be unable to take oversized items onto the transfer buses (skis, snowboards, bicycles, surfboards or anything as large/larger than these items). To avoid this, you can drop large items off at the terminal with a passenger and then drive your car to Airparks.

Disabled facilities: All the Airparks buses have access for disabled passengers.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival: To get to Airparks East Midlands turn into Donington Park, go through the security gate and Airparks is located 180 metres on the left (signposted). Upon your arrival at Airparks, enter the site through the barrier and drive to the end of the marked arrival lanes. Go to reception and hand in your printed confirmation (or quote booking reference) and your car keys - your car will be parked for you whilst you transfer to the terminal.

Departure: When you return, wait where you were dropped off and the bus service will transfer you back to the car park within 25 minutes.
If you return earlier than planned, please contact the car park to ensure your car is ready for collection.
