I got soaked looking for my car. It was not parked where the staff said it would be. Otherwise the service was good and I'd give them another cgance if their price was competitive.

we use this long term parking facility 2 or 3 times a year and they have always given an excellent service.Drivers are very helpful & friendly. Definatley recommend them%

I found that the site was not very clearly explained in the description given in the e mail sent from you, perhaps you could clarify the directions or perhaps add a more detailed map to the e mail provided.

Staff bringing us home from airport spoke a foreign language and were rude. I found a set of keys in my car which did not belong to me and have phoned twice regarding this and after saying they would get back to me did not. This is no problem to me however a major problem for whoever keys they belong to.

When we arrived at Flying Scot we were informed that there was a problem with the car park. this meant we had to follow a mini bus to their sister car park (LOW cost parking). I believe that the problem was that they had overbooked.

The experience was dreadful. We arrived at the car park address after queuing in heavy traffic to get there. When we arrived we were impressed with the location, thinking it won't take long to get to the airport. We went into the office to check the car in. The staff did not greet us, not even look up to acknowledge we were there. I explained we were here to book in our car. Again without even eye contact they asked the name. Advised, and they told me, you are in our over flow car park, gave us a map and told us where to go. I said I was not happy with this, the new "over flow" carpark was miles away and at a cheaper location than the one we had booked, plus we would have to sit in all the traffic again to get there. I asked why a phone call hadn't been made to advise so that we didn't waste time and could have factored this in for getting to the airport. No reply from the staff. No eye contact. Not one single bit interested! So we left for the new car park, miles away, again sitting in traffic! I was so annoyed! There was no customer service at all! It was a totally rubbish way to start the holiday! I will never recommend or use these people again! I also feel that I should be refunded for the car parking as the car park I was given was not the car park for. It was a cheaper car park much further away!!

Drop off OK. Pick up, (Steven) was more interested in yapping on his mobile than getting us into the minibus, then after getting us into the minibus proceeded to take another call and we were left waiting whilst he had that conversation! We had a 4 hour drive once we got back to our car and were hoping to get going ASAP. Still they were the cheapest, so, maybe you get what you pay for.

coming home from holiday I found out that flying Scot had moved my car to another car park miles away which was very inconvenient for me. I chose the flying scot as their car park is right next to the airport which suits my needs.If flying scot had no space they should not have taken my booking I will never use them again.I also would like to know if they had the right to drive my car on public roads

Chaotic on arrival at.00 on/6/17. The car park had been flooded so we all had to follow the minibus to another location. In all it added about minutes to the transfer time. Fortunately I had arrived early but if you were running late it would be a problem.

The staff are very helpful and this car park is less than five minutes from the airport. There is only one point we would like to make - could the area near reception be tarred as there are so many holes and our car was surrounded with puddles as there had been a downpour.

Entrance to car park not clearly signposted so we drove past it and had to turn back. Staff very unhelpful. Service was dreadful. When we arrived we were ignored by staff. Bus service to terminal quite efficient. On return I tried to call three times before I got an answer. Was assured that the bus was 'on its way'. Had to wait about minutes for it and then it drove away to another car park on the other side of the A8 before returning to drop us at 'Flying Scot' (just a 2 minute drive from the terminal). It was so chaotic that it added around an hour to our journey home. The man in the office didn't seem to have a clue about what was going on. In addition it cost us a full £30 more than it cost our friend who parked in the Airport's Long Stay Car Park (to park for three weeks). Therefore it is not even cheap!

On arrival staff were not very welcoming. When we returned we were left at the airport for at leastminutes along with a lot of other people. No apologies from the young mini bus driver.

Totally shocked at the state of my car when I returned, covered in bird poo, hedge clippings all over it and passenger side mirror case broken, e-mailed them on my return/06/17 and have had no reply.

Shocking car park, when we arrived there were cars queued out onto the main road. When we got back and got onto the flying scot coach, the driver took us to another drop off minutes away before taking us back to our cars, which were onlym from the airport !!

Everything great on arrival. Very smooth and efficient. On the way back was a shambles. to people waiting half an hour for a mini-bus, when they should have known 3 or 4 buses were needed. Queue system non-existent, people shoving and causing arguments. We have to phone when we land, the driver should have a list of names who are called for to get on the bus, in the order in which they have called. Needs to be better organised.

I have to wait about 4 hours for my car because somebody made a mistake with my reservation, and my car was blocked by others cars, staff at flying scot reception was not helpful at all, they were rude not even heart a word of apologize. Very very bad customer service.

I regularly use holiday extras because the service is 2nd 2 none, everything runs very smoothly & with minimum fuss, recently I made a mistake & booked twice, someone called me to check if I needed both or was it a mistake & then promptly refunded my error 🙌 Fantastic

Excellent service. Will be telling family and friends to use. We arrived very early due to travelling down from Aberdeenshire this wasn't a problem. Flight delayed on our return trip. You just call them once you collect your luggage and walk along to the collection point. Driver waiting on us.

Very efficient on departure however on calling them upon return the call went to their answer phone and I left my name telling them I was making my way to the bus stance. We waited more than mins and I'd to call again. They said they didn't get my message and arrive in 3 or 4 mins but not the best service

Chaos on arrival at parking area. No spaces available. Car park obviously overbooked. Had to travel in convoy to another parking area at ratho station. Then had to wait for buses. This put us under a lot of pressure for ma check in times, despite us leaving home in plenty of time.
Not at all happy with service provider and this reflects badly on yourselves as you recommended their service. Will not be using them again. It was an absolute shambles.
