  • Fly Parks Drop off and collection of car at airport was very efficient.
    Could have taken better care of car. Mud on inside carpets when I returned.

  • Fly Parks The delivery back of the car proved a bit problematic, as man arrived in car park of back road so never saw him arrive and we were standing around in rain waiting for him to show. Their return of cars needs a bit of fine tuning.

  • Fly Parks I was initially worried about the inconvenience of having to call Holiday Extras 20 mins before I arrived at the airport as it meant drawing in to a lay-by en route.However,the convenience of being met in the short stay car park by a member of your team who took my car off to park it for me was well worth it.It meant that I was close to 'Departures' with my baggage,had no worries and plenty of time to check in and have a coffee.I was asked if I had any further questions about the service and wished a good holiday-so this service worked for me.

  • Fly Parks Meet & Greet service very efficient. Takes the stress out of travelling. Had to wait a few minutes to get into our car on our return, but believe they only had one driver returing cars,and he was bringing last car back to reception area.

  • Fly Parks Yes the staff were very helpfull and when we arrived at the airport, someone was there to collect the vehicle and when we returned again someone was already there with our car, it helped to make things go really smoothly and would definitely recommend your parking services (as this was the only facility of holiday extras we used. Thanks again and we will definitely use you again.

  • Fly Parks Tried to ring 20mins before only to find phone switched off until we actually reached the car park. Staff wore no identifying badge
    etc. On return on ringing comp were told would be a delay as there were 16 cars to deal with on our flight. This is not our problem and surely this is what we are paying for.
