  • Purple Parking It was so easy, arrived, parked car and checked in with colleagues at Reception. We left our keys and received a ticket receipt then bus took us straight to the Terminal, it was great would definitely use Purple Parking again. On our return even though our flight was delayed, the car was waiting for us, brilliant!

  • Purple Parking Great service. Easy to book in and collect car after return. Bus service is excellent; in our case no long waits either way. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Cannot suggest any improvements.

  • Purple Parking We thought the parking facilities were great, until we returned to our car after our holiday. Seeing how one of the drivers was driving people’s cars was alarming to say the least. He nearly ran a customer over, beeped the horn to shoo them out the way and and then wheel spun away on a long straight, driving excessively fast, (including in front of the parking office) in a customer’s BMW. We will not be using this service again and will not recommend it. Really shocked at the level of contempt shown by this driver for other people’s property, and other people who happen to be walking in his way while finding their cars in the car park.

  • Purple Parking Staff in the office were absolutely lovely. No issues whatsoever with booking, car hand off or car pick up. Second bus driver set off a bit prematurely, which almost sent us flying whilst trying to load our suitcases, but other than that, absolutely no complaints.

  • Purple Parking We turned up at the Purple parking car park on the departure day of our holiday in plenty of time to catch our flight. No sooner than we entered the car park (which according to the advert is 10 minutes from the airport which it blatantly isn’t) we were told you couldn’t accept our people carrier because you aren’t insured. To begin with, this wasn’t made clear, nor was it made clear that you in fact move the cars elsewhere yourself. The staff were wholly unhelpful in guiding us to a valid car park, they gave us a piece of paper with a phone number of an alternative car park but the phone lines were closed. We ended up driving to the official Gatwick long stay ( which we’d have booked in the first place of Holiday extras had listed it as an option instead of the list of car parks miles out of the way). Terrible terrible terrible.

  • Purple Parking Coach transfer to & from Gatwick airport very good. A particular thank you to the driver on the return journey who, in the early hours of the morning was very happy to help us with our luggage.
    On collection of my car I am a bit confused as to why my passenger seat had been moved right back when it was only being parked.
    We also booked a taxi transfer from Ibiza airport to our hotel which did not turn up. The helpline was useless & unable to help. We ended up waiting an hour & then a further hour as we had to join the taxi queue & pay for a taxi. We still to date have not received a refund for this despite completing the complaint form & supplying a receipt.

  • Purple Parking You should install a cover over the bus unloading point at your LGW depot so returning passengers do not get completely soaked when disembarking with luggage during rain.

  • Purple Parking From the ease of booking the car parking, booking the hotel, travel from when we dropped the car off at Purple Parking to Gatwick north terminal, the Hampton by Hilton hotel was lovely, staff really nice and a great choice of things to eat at breakfast before an early flight.

  • Purple Parking Very good experience at the hotel, staff could not do enough for you, especially as I became unwell, whilst away, hotel was great, although in the North of the island, ideally would have been better if we had hired a car, but the buses were very reliable

  • Purple Parking Yes - a positive experience staff were helpful and friendly even at 4:00am. The only negative was the satnav directions took us to an unauthorised road which we needed a PIN to get through the barrier. Fortunately a passing police control car escorted us to the car park otherwise we would have been very late!!!

  • Purple Parking We had no problems at all. We arrived, handed our keys in and got on the bus straight away. Everyone was very friendly and happy despite it being 2am. ...On our way back, the bus was already at the bus stop so again we didn't need to wait. There was a bit of a queue building up at the key pick up so additional members of staff came to help. Again, everything went without any problems.....The only improvement I would suggest is a big t more signage to the carpark. We didn't really see any till we actually arrived at the carpark itself

  • Purple Parking Everything ran smoothly. The instructions from staff at the parking were clear and correct and the staff themselves were helpful and polite. The driver we had on the bus to the airport was really friendly and gave us quite the conversation during the journey. Started us off on our holiday in a lovely way. He also gave helpful instructions about what we needed to do on our return.

  • Purple Parking The info when booking states no commercial vans over 2.1m - we booked a people carrier within the height limit but were turned away at the gate- at 3am. The staff and so-called manager were very rude. We will not be booking purple parking again and we are telling everyone we know not to use them either.

  • Purple Parking I didn’t take pictures of my car before leaving it as I was late to get to the airport. I picked up the car late at night and noticed this morning that there is damage to the front of it that was not there before.

  • Purple Parking So easy with the airport parking we arrived parked car and a lovely lady took all our details and our car key . We then got on the bus travelled to the airport and were a 3 minute walk from the terminal . On our return we walked back to then bus stop and we were collected within 10 mins and on arrival at the car park we were in our car within 10mins . Such a smooth transition and staff so friendly

  • Purple Parking Purple Parking was well organised. Once at car parking location car is parked for you and a receipt is given. Regular transport back to the terminal. On return transport to car parking location, you hand in your receipt and you pick up your car which is parked close by. Everything went smoothly and as expected. The staff were efficient and polite.
