Just puzzled why I needed to give reception the time out return flight landed at Gatwick. You had the flight number, I thought you checked that in case it was delayed. Maybe I expect too much!

Everything was excellent. We parked our car and within minutes we were off to the airport. When returning just as we got to the stop 7 the bus arrived. When picking up the car your staff had parked it very close to reception so we were off within minutes again. I was extremely happy with all aspects of the raking and will certainly be using Purple Parking whenever I fly from Gatwick.

I used my sat nav to get there, and I found it without trouble. charming chap at check in, easy journey on the coach, not many on the coach so plenty of room for luggage. Just as easy coming back. Signs were clear to the bus stop. Very good service.

We were a little early, concerned about rush hour traffic. No problem. Returned home late due to delays. No problem or additional charge. Staff friendly and helpful. Car in good condition on return.

I paid the extra £30 to entail my car would be ready and warmed up waiting for me as my wife and I left the airport. The flight was on time and we waited in the rain then rang the mobile number on the card, who informed me that now I had rung they can deliver. This was not stated when we were offered this service and was told if there was a delay in flight then our details are on their system and we were to call said mobile. As there was no delay, there was no car and the car was cold. The time we waited getting wet we may as well had deleted this service and caught the bus. Not money well spent. I Request a refund of this causing a stressful end.

Staff not unduly helpful, office sited in new building, not conveniently situated, plus showed purple parking ticket to bus driver who put us on bus and took us to Airparks. Confusion re Airparks/Purple parking even with staff

Unfortunately our front suspension spring sheared off and went into our wheel, when the staff were getting our car ready for our return, they could not have been more helpful, the day manager and evening manager and all the staff were amazing. So much so we are going to send them a card. So helpful ðŸ‘ðŸ»

At Gatwick the parking locations signs are off-white lettering on a white background. Invisible on a dark rainy night. What's wrong with black and white? Also what the lanes are is not clear. There is ABCDE all marked in the same place!

The staff were great and transfers were smooth no timely. The signage to the exit from the car park itself could be improved. A general directional sign, e.g. â¬…ï¸ To Brighton, âž¡ï¸ To Gatwick, as you leave the car park would also be helpful esp for night arrivals as there is little or no street lamps or directions as you exit the car park.
