We payed for valet parking and besides the fact we called twice- once when past border control and once when out the airport - we were left standing in the cold in the middle of the night waiting for our car for 20 minutes! This is unacceptable as we paid extra when we could have just got on the bus and collected the car ourselves !!!

Although address of purple car park was written in small letters but it was not high lighted prompting that car park is longway away from the airport terminal. We in hurty onreaching on airport parked at North Park. On artival i had to pay further £45.
I found that bus of purple carpark arrieved at the terminal but did not stop and go past carpark mo. 1 stpop.

I, the staff were efficient but I thought the person who helped me could have been more friendly. For me, it's rather a long trek to the airport and quite a long wait between buses, which me both ways we had to sit inside the bus for quite a long time. I felt it just extended what was already a very long trip home. So next time I will probably park closer to the airport. However in its favour it was affordable.
