I constantly ask in the remarks section of my bookings why, if the return flight details are required (which PP demand), then why don't you ask for them at the booking stage. It causes considerable grievance having to try and find these details when checking in the car.

Honesty and improve on more detail regarding the holiday placement for example the hotel did not have wifi in their rooms and the food was not good cold and not flavours.

Key ring lost & when told was told it could have fallen off! It was a £100 key ring with a strong ring on. Miraculously it was found in there key box the next day!!!!!!!

Just puzzled why I needed to give reception the time out return flight landed at Gatwick. You had the flight number, I thought you checked that in case it was delayed. Maybe I expect too much!

Everything was perfect - except for the accident on the M23 which held us up getting home, but you could do nothing about that!!

Everything was excellent. We parked our car and within minutes we were off to the airport. When returning just as we got to the stop 7 the bus arrived. When picking up the car your staff had parked it very close to reception so we were off within minutes again. I was extremely happy with all aspects of the raking and will certainly be using Purple Parking whenever I fly from Gatwick.
