After an hour of searching for 'purple parking' airport staff taking us in all directions, no signs anywhere, my stress levels over flowing we ended up parking in long stay and paying £185 parking for the week plus the £90 non refundable purple parking.

I was more than happy with the service provided by your company, your staff were very competent and my car had a lovely valet, however my only disappointment was how far you are from the airport. Doesnt seem like a big deal until your flight arrives at midnight then you have to wait for your bus, get your car then drive back to the Midlands. J

Only one small bit of feedback - on the booking confirmation 'on your return to the airport', it said for North Terminal come out of the terminal and turn left when actually we needed to turn right. The ticket we were given did have the correct details.

When I picked the car up on Wednesday it had a cracked windscreen. I was told that I would not hear anything until probably this Tuesday whether they will accept liability or not. I'm not happy as my MOT is due This Wednesday. The car also had extra mileage on the clock as it was parked in a different carpark. When booling the parking there is nothing stating that the car could possibly be parked in another carpark.

All was as expected. I was a little worried about reaching the airport on time after just missing the bus. In the end it all worked out fine. It would have been helpful if staff or PP had arrangements with a local taxi service for urgent transfers to the terminals. None was available upon asking.

My car has numerous door scuffs on the passenger side. It was late picking up after delayed flight and needed to get going from gatwick. So I never got a chance to check. On the return journey we waited minutes for a bus when the competition were turning up at least 8 times before our bus arrived

I was in a hurry to catch my flight from south terminal but the airport transfer bus went to north terminal first to drop off and collect passengers and i missed my flight because the whole transfer took too long.
And i could have booked the same parking cheaper direct from the purple parking which i relorealisedsed later on.
