When we arrived at the car park they had no record of our booking although we had the confirmation paperwork. Apparently there were others who had the same problem.

The drop off on my return was a not a good experience, as the driver did not call out the car park zones as he dropped off. It was raining and dark so we couldn't see out of the windows. Ended up walking around the car park lost for minutes. This was at.30-45pm approx on.11.16.
Poor customer service by the driver
The experience was made worse as due to a flight delay we landed 1.5hrs late. At the barrier, you tried to charge an excess fee of £125!!! The gridlock at the barriers was horrendous as drivers had to manoeuvre to get out of the queue to go to the office. No assistance from anyone at the barriers!
May not use Gatwick car parks again as the end of the journey was very poor due to the events explained.

Very confusing as to where the car park stopped and ended, then we waited for minutes at the bus stop which was put nearest one to where we parked in car park W before discovering that it was for another car park & the busses were not stopping there. The one for our actual car park -W- was not really visible from where we parked. Was a bit stressful & caused delays. But it is the nearest car park to the terminal & otherwise was smooth. Although our drop off coach driver was a bit grumpy & didn't say the numbers as we got to the stops

Bus stop buttons failed to work so had a very long walk to the car when pointed out to female driver of the ciach she got very surly and was not at all apologetic or helpful

Confused why so many car parks with empty spaces have cones preventing entry. Would have been nicer not to have to drive so far from the entrance before allowed to enter and park.
Didn't meet any staff. Bus driver coming home didn't stop when customer rang bell (however there had been problems earlier with a child repeatedly ringing the bell).

Got greeted with a £125.00 bill despite having paid upfront. This was sorted out when we produced our paperwork, but this also happened to us last year too. Apparently our registration wasn't read when we came it.

As described but I wouldn't necessarily recommend the Gatwick North Long Stay. It was acceptable but not great. Unfriendly and unhelpful shuttle drivers. Cold wait for the bus from the car park. No communication from the driver to identify each stop on the return. Think I'll pay the premium for short stay in future.

Everything went smoothly.The bus came on time and took a short trip to to the airport.On coming back a bus was waiting at the designated bus stop to take passengers back to the car park. Service is excellent as always.
