Cold transfer busses. Waited long time for return transfer bus.
No gritting in car park so sludgy and icy after snow. Lots of flooding. Not particularly close to airport.
Good to keep your keys.

Every thing was great. From booking through to departure at the end of our stay in the car park all went well. We arrived back from our trip a little past the time booked but were not asked for additional payment! Lovely!

The north terminal is always more expensive than the south terminal? I had to park in zone Y ,It failed to open the next zone for parking although y zone was almost completely full, had to drive up and down for ages looking for space! The bus service is not as good as south terminal parking, really dont want to park here again ! The disabled parking direction signs poor. Holiday extras pricing same as direct Gatwick parking , no discount in real terms

Car park very Icey so car was skidding as we parked, spaces very narrow and then difficult to walk due to slippery surface, buses slow to arrive and then packed when they did, number plate recognition didn't work on arrival

Long stay car park did not recognise my booking. Had to sort on my return - could do without this after an overnight hour flight.
Pick up point for bus service at Gatwick very poorly signed. But just us but many travellers walking up and down trying to find correct stop.

I did have a problem when leaving the car park. When I inserted the ticket the machine informed me that I owed money. I went to the reception where they confirmed that in fact I did not owe any money. The ticket was re-validated and then I could leave the car park

On the return bus although the driver called out the bus stop number there was no indication which zone it covered. At night it is difficult to double check your zone against bus stop number. Also our return plane had to land at the south terminal . On exiting the shuttle to the North Terminal. There were no signs to the car park buses.

I didn't know there were 2 long stay car park one for North and the other for South. As they are close I thought there was only 1 long stay car park. My flight was from North and it came back to a South so that was bit of a hassle.

Second time we've used the Long stay car park in Gatwick, happy to recommend. Things to improve: We had quite a wait for the bus on our return and then there was a problem at the barrier and our bus was stationary for 5-10 minutes. Not ideal after a long flight. Overall good value for money though.
