We had a very long wait probably having arrived just after one bus had left. On a hot afternoon seeing 3 buses for Summer special passing come and go while we waited was irksome.

When we arrived home, the ticket wanted to charge us £80 even though we had already paid. Had to spend time in office trying to find out what happened. Not a happy ending to our trip

Very easy to book online with a good price compared to off airport parking. Very handy to have car registration recognition at the car park entry point. Plus the handy app was excellent with all the parking confirmation, directions and reference number. Didn't have to wait long for a bus.

This is a secure parking area, close to the airport with an excellent shuttle bus service into the airport, my flight home was delayed and I was able to exit the car park two hours later than planned at no extra charge, first class service at a very competitive price.

Simple,cost effective process to book and utilise. Must allow at least 20 minutes to get parked, await a bus, and get to the terminal, but otherwise a great service.Recommended.

The customer advisor I dealt with was efficient and friendly. We had no issues in accessing the car park and the terminal vai regular bus pick up. On return it was good to get back to the car within 15 minutes.

We had to wait a while for the transfer as we were one of the first planes to land at 4.45am. A bag was left on the coach which meant we had to wait even longer until the owner returned. Staff were good and helpful.

Very easy, remote access on arrival, bus came quickly. We were worried about our delayed flight for 4 hrs on return but no additional cost as in 24 hr costing period which was great at 1.30 in the morning !!

All went well, had no contact with any staff.
Got rather wet as was raining when we parked which obviously was the weather's fault.Took a while to park as car park was quite full and had a bit of a trek to the bus stop. But will use again and happy to recommend.
