Things went smoothly and all staff I came in contact with were very helpful. I gave it a score of eight as now we are dropped a long walk from the Terminal when we are picked up outside the Terminal. I cannot really see the logic in that.

Worked very smoothly. However when we returned to our car it had been damaged (dent and paint damage to passenger side door). This will cost us £600 to repair.

The transfer from the airport back to the car park took too long to arrive, then took too long to trundle around every stop in the car park, causing us to miss our onwards connection

We got on the bus at the same stop as when we were dropped off. Driver informed us that we could not get on at this point but was unnecessarily terse in his explanation. We dashed to stop no 1 in time to see the doors close on an unfortunate misunderstanding. Everything else good.

Having returning to Gatwick after a 5 hour flight after midnight the last thing you want is car that has a flat battery but the staff at the North parking were really good and found someone to help and got the car started,so I would like to express my sincere thanks for their help

We were told, we had to pay £320 on the way back, we had to try and sort this out as it wouldn't let us through, as we had flown through the night on an 8 hour flight, you can imagine we weren't very happy

The booking and parking process is quick and simple and easy to use. The transport to the departure terminal and from the arrivals terminal is frequent and spacious. No stress parking minutes away from the airport.
