Every thing was so easy ,the parking spaces were of ample width so ruduced likely damage by cars parked alongside.Bus staff friendly ,particularly the lady driving when we returned home.Thanks

Services was good on pick up when we arrived back was around 5:30am when we was waiting for the bus this took around half an hour not sure why but was waiting significantly longer than minutes

It was all fine - as always. A reward scheme (with lower prices) for regular users would be good. In truth the savings you offer to regular customers aren't any great saving on those available through other 'agents/websites'.

Problem on leaving the car park when the machine asked me to pay an extra charge which was incorrect as I had prepaid. This was,however,quickly sorted at reception.

My partner required wheelchair assistance when we came back from holiday. The driver happily put out the ramp and allowed the wheelchair pusher to travel with us so that we could cope with the wheelchair and the luggage.

Expensive for one space left in the car park which my wife had to climb out of the back seat to exit the car. Then was late for the lounge we booked so only got a short time in there, really was a bad start to the holiday.

all yes to the above and more staff were very helpful and the ease of getting to the car was spot on the only thing i surest is to take a picture of the parking area you leave the car in its a shame you have not ticket machines at the bus stops for the zone but full marks for service thank you

Very good service. Found a space easily and waited about two minutes for the bus. Coming back, the bus arrived almost as we arrived at the stop. Couldn't fault it.

All OK but on arrival the barrier was not working correctly for pre-paid vehicles so we were advised to take a ticket and get it validated on our return which we did with no problems so only a small inconvenience.

Everything went fine - but Long Stay North is a long way from the terminal - not your fault of course - I may try Summer Special next time as its cheaper and I believe not that much further from the terminal

Only comment was that as we arrived to park the car in the dark it was difficult identifying a car park where there were spaces so perhaps this could be something visible when going through the entrance
