Everything went so smooth from the time of arrival to departure. Made my long weekend away much more relaxed knowing my car was safe. Love the free shuttle bus to and from airport terminals. Highly recommended

Very disappointed this time with the return pick up as we waited approx. minutes for the bus to come (and we were not the first in the queue) When the bus arrived there were at least waiting and were then crammed in like sardines and the doors had trouble closing. The driver did not mention bus stop numbers etc on stops and it was very difficult to see them due to so many people in front of you.
In the past the service has been much better in this respect.

Firstly we parked in the wrong place and had to return to move the car, but when we came back cars were parked there. On our return our ticket said we owed £80 even though l had prepaid so had to reverse back and go in office which 9 times out of that happens, all you want to do at that stage is get home so that is pretty annoying l would book again but hope this didn't happen again

After booking 6 months or so ago and paying I could not get out of the car park the machine told me I had pay £185 to get out so I had to go to the office before they let me out

Pre booked parking through yourselves. When got home and drove out of airport, I was told that I owe them £150. Seemed to be no record of my booking.

On arrival there was not the customary recognition of our numberplate. On departure, we fed the ticket into the machine and it said we had to pay £250 overcharge. The receptionist checked and gave us another ticket and said that your company was often late in providing them with information. I will book direct next time.

No problems. Car park well signed. Allocated zone W which looked like the "older" side of the car park where spaces seemed a bit narrow compared to other zones.... Anyway that's how it appeared. Just a minor point!

The only issue was when I inserted the car park ticket into the exit barrier it said I owed £125 (more than I originally paid on line), however, having pressed the call button they cleared the charge without discussion.

spaces are tight, if you have a larger vehicle it is difficult to park. spaces are not wide enough for you to open vehicle doors.

A little puzzled why I recently cannot book my parking for a holiday in March with Tui. I am informed that no car parking is available at Gatwick North Long Term which I do not believe.

On putting the ticket into the machine on our return, it told me there was £80 outstanding to pay!! After a slight panic and speaking to someone it got resolved but I could have done without it!

Gatwick North terminal asked us to pay £230 on exit, despite having already pre-paid, via you. Probably not your fault, but a bit disconcerting. They then agreed that the fee was pre-paid. Not very competent!

The price from 8 months ago seems to have gone up by £30 and when we left the car park the ticket was not recognised so I had to prove how and when I had booked the parking before I could leave without paying an excess charge of £125. DID NOT NEED THIS after returning from holiday on the hottest day in the UK since. Obviously your booking references do not match theirs as I was not the only person queuing up to get things put right.
