  • Long Stay The service was outstanding and made exceptional by the waiving of additional fees from being stuck in europe during the volcanic ash airspace closures. Thank you.

  • Long Stay Yes went fine, almost 1st off after ash problem. Lost exit ticket due to departure upheaval but this proved no problem to your good selves thanks and regards, Steve Westwood. PS What about a discount next time, have used you quite a bit over the years.

  • Long Stay Arrived at carpark,took ticket,went on holiday.Returned from holiday and tried to exit the carpark only to be told I had to pay £76.Fortunately there were no cars behind me as I had to reverse up to the office,present proof of payment and get the ticket altered to allow me to exit the carpark.

  • Long Stay THANK YOU HOLIDAY EXTRAS...WE GOT STRANDED IN GRAN CANARIA...AND RETURNED 3 DAYS LATE TO PICK UP OUR CAR.....HOLIDAY EXTRAS DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE OVER STAY.

  • Long Stay Booked airport parking only. After flight chaos was pleasantly amazed that NCP did not charge us for the extra 5 days parking!!

  • Long Stay My airport parking was a 10/10 everything went well, 1 booked 2 cars at the same time neither were recognised by the exit camera's and had to go to the reception to get out.

  • Long Stay On exiting the long term car park at Gatwick thought the barrier recognised my number plate and opened automatically. Didn't realise i had to put ticket into machine! Maybe I'm a bit dumb but had an unnecessary trip into car parks office. Perhaps you could make this clearer on your exit instructions. Very minor thing as rest worked fab as always

  • Long Stay Outbound was fine, but the congestion on return was unacceptable. Too many passengers returning at the same time for the same car park. Insufficient buses running for the demand.

  • Long Stay We prebooked the Gatwick North Terminal Long Stay car park. Good value, easy to find, close to the Terminal and the courtesy buses run regularly.

  • Long Stay All went smoothly and exactly as expected. We had a query beforehand which was answered well over the phone by your staff. Direction by car park staff to free parking space was a new thing and much appreciated.

  • Long Stay Very pleased with our hotel booking at Sofitel Gatwick North Terminal and also the deal you offered for a meal at the hotel. All of very good quality. Car parking at Long Stay North Terminal was reasonable too.

  • Long Stay At the Gatwick North Long Term Park we do not get a coded ticket which allows us to go straight to the gate on departure, in spite of pre-booking and the number plate being noted on the ticket.

  • Long Stay Everything ran smoothly, easy to find, well signposted. The signs clearly directed you to the zone, the spaces were a good size and the bus came quickly. My only criticism would be that there was no help to place cases on the racking which made it difficult for travelers as people stood with their cases which caused a blockage and the seats were not filled. This meant that customers had to wait for the next bus when there would have been space if passengers had sat down.

  • Long Stay Only thing was when I tried to leave the airport via the barriers, when I entered my card it didn't recognise that I had already pre paid. Other than that, all good.

  • Long Stay It was very easy to book online and easy to find the car park. The section we parked in was a little way from a bus stop but that was not a problem. The bus drivers were very patient and gave passengers time to put their cases in the luggage racks and sit down before driving away. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

  • Long Stay Parking was good all paid for online car park is easy to get to. Pull up to the barrier, number plate is recognised and your ticket pops out. Park the car get on the bus, job done. On return, collect your car, put the ticket back in the barrier and go. No queues no fuss.

  • Long Stay We had to change our booking at the last minute due to the bad weather and the staff at Holiday Extras were extremely helpful. The hotel we were booked into was excellent and the whole package of hotel, car parking and transfers went like 'clock-work'. We would highly recommend Holiday Extras to anyone.

  • Long Stay No problems-except didn't know if i was in the right car park or not until i asked man working there. He said as i was pre-paid it registered me when i arrived. I didn't know this. Apart from that fine service and car safe on return. LONG STAY CAR PARK, GATWICK

  • Long Stay Excellent - easy parking close to terminal, easy to find and numberplate recognition made it very quick to enter and exit. Buses frequent too.
    Also, cancellation insurance gave extra peace of mind.
