The Official Meet & Greet
The airport's own Meet and Greet service is the perfect option for avoiding the hassle of airport parking. Just drive to the Multi-storey car park opposite the terminal as if you're parking there, but then a member of staff will be waiting for you to park your car for you while you stroll to the terminal. When you get back, just walk back to the car park and your car will be waiting for you. It's the simplest way to park at Gatwick without having to drive to the terminal.

Arrival at Gatwick Official Valet Parking South
If you didn't confirm your return flight details with us when you made your booking, please call 01293 502 347 at least 24 hours before your departure to confirm. Make sure you take your booking confirmation with you to the car park. Pull up to the barrier and it will automatically scan your registration, provide you with a ticket and lift to let you in. If a ticket is not dispensed, press the button. Drive past the blue car park and enter the red area, both on your left. Head up to level 2 to the purple Valet parking area and press the button to open the barrier. Park and report to reception where you will confirm your details, leave your keys and be given a receipt, which you should keep. Take the zebra crossing to the lift, then turn right, following signs for the terminals. Cross the road and follow signs for departures to your left. Take the moving walkway to check-in.
Getting to and from Gatwick airport
When you arrive at the airport, head to the Short Stay car park directly opposite the South terminal. While a driver parks your car, it's just a two-minute walk to the terminal.
After your holiday, head back to the Valet reception in the Short Stay car park to collect your keys. You'll be directed to your car which will be dropped off in an allocated space.
On your return to Gatwick Official Valet Parking South
Take the moving walkway from arrivals, following signs for 'All car parks'. Leave the terminal and follow signs for the Short Stay car park. Cross the road and walk through the yellow entrance, then turn right into Red car park 2. The reception will be in front of you. Hand in your receipt and you will be given your keys and directed to your car. Don't insert your debit or credit card to get out or you will be charged again for your parking. If you have any problems at the barrier, press the intercom button and speak to a member of staff.

This car park has a height restriction for vehicles over 2m and a width restriction of 2.4m.
This package is not suitable if your are returning to a different terminal from the one you flew from.
Make sure you provide the correct car registration to prevent any delays entering and exiting the car park.
