  • Short Stay There is no option for the group I travelled with which was Grown-up family. I saw no staff but the car parking at the Gatwick South Short Term car park went smoothly as described in the documentation.

  • Short Stay Ticket machine on car park entrance not very helpfull. On exit had to get help from customer services to exit carpark. They were very helpfull and said this was a common occurrence. Maybe this is a problem that could be addressed.

  • Short Stay Had pre-booked short stay, but had to go to ticket office to get parking ticket validated which was very busy. Staff very polite and helpful though.I thought you would have ANPR cameras in Short Stay so would have avoided me having to go to ticket office. Also nice to see such clean and odour-free car parks.
