When we arrived the office did not have note of our booking gave her the print out so took a few minutes to sort out, was put down to a computer glich the other thing is the free phone in the arrivals hall does not display a # on the key pad trial and error got me thru to leave our details for pick up other than that everything was fine both drivers helped with luggage which was great. will defo book with you again would highly recommend.

Was disappointed in First Direct parking, as their car park is very big and the bus drops all off at the office. As my wife is disabled it would have been better if they had driven round the car park, letting people off nearer their cars. They have bus stops throughout the car park, yet it says on each "this is not a pick-up point ". Dropping travellers off at their office is very inconvenient for people carrying luggage.

You have made the system far too complicated. We used to drive straight in, park and go on the bus. Now you have to search for a designated parking place, go into the inadequate facilities to register (giving information already provided online)and then go on the bus. And, on return, we had to press the button for assistance because the barrier would not open to let us out. It's a classic example of 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'!

Direct Parking are never st the bus stop waiting - they always seem to be the last bus service to arrive, considering they are the nearest to the airport. Also, the bus drops you at the reception area & we had to try & find the 'red zone-which was the furthest away area in the car park - in the dark.

Staff were great the new system where I was directed to park at the furthest away parking spot when the car park was empty is a disgrace to be honest and would make me choose another car park in the future, which is disappointing as before this new system direct parking was great

I did do not like the colour coded parking system used at Glasgow site as I had to park at the far end of the site when there were plenty of empty parking bays closer to the exit,not good late at night with cases etc.

Staff were very helpful. It was difficult to find my car parking spot and due to it being dark i couldn't see the zones very well but the staff were very helpful, kind and friendly. I didn't receive the car Parking info of were I was to park however I did book very last minute.

Service was great as always. Also when arriving home after midnight my car battery was flat and car wouldn't start, the Direct Parking staff were extremely helpful and supplied emergency power pack and assistance to get me started.
