Arrival at Heathrow Business Parking T5

The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking.
When you arrive at the car park, drive up to the barrier. Your number plate will be read and recognised and a ticket showing your booking reference will be issued. If the ticket is not issued automatically, press the button for a ticket. Go to the zone indicated and park your car.

When you get back, just catch the pod back from where it dropped you off. Your return is still included.

The monorails run between 03:00 and 01:00, Monday to Friday, 03:00 to 23:00 on Saturdays and 04:00 to 01:00 on Sundays.

This service is perfect for wheelchair users, as you can wheel right into the pods and back out at the terminal.

On your return to Heathrow Business Parking T5

Catch the next Heathrow Pod from the airport back to the car park and collect your car. The bus stop is marked POD Parking and is outside the valet parking office.
If your ticket has your booking reference printed on it, drive to the exit and insert the ticket into the barrier. If your ticket does not have your booking reference on it, go to the customer service exit lane and show the ticket, quoting your booking reference.

If you need a transfer between 01:00 and 03:00, please call 0208 759 6121 to arrange this as the pods will only run when pre-arranged during this time.

You can catch a monorail pod to the terminal. They run between the car park and the terminal throughout the day from 03:00 â€' 01:00 Monday to Friday, 03:00 - 23:00 on Saturday and 04:00 â€' 01:00 on Sunday. The journey takes two minutes and is included in the price. If there is a power outage, you'll need to catch a bus to the terminal.
There is no requirement to hand in your keys. Please allow 30 minutes on top of your recommended check-in time to arrive at the car park to make the terminal transfer.
You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details.
