  • Business Parking I love the Heathrow T5 pod system - seems to put a smile on people's faces, but picking up my car promptly is extremely important at the end of a tiring trip and exit barriers were not working properly, leading to long queues.

  • Business Parking We had no problems with the Business Parking, even though our flight was delayed and we had had our entry/exit ticket stolen. The Heathrow pod was waiting for us, so excellent all round

  • Business Parking I had prepaid but when I came to the barrier for exit it did not recognise this and I had to ask cars beind me to reverse while I then had to go to customer services to prove payment etc.

    On the way back pods did not run.
    we had to go and wait for the bus. The reason we opted for the business parking there is not to go on the bus.

  • Business Parking Your online booking system is great, location great. However, although this may be nothing to do with you, every time I use the business car parking at Heathrow T5, it doesn't recognise my number plate. So every time I go to exit I need to visit the kiosk and hand over my booking. Please, please get them to sort the system out - it's frustrating.

  • Business Parking This was the second time that I have used the Business Parking at T5. The first time, I could not exit the car park and caused a queue. This time, I was stuck in the queue as 2 other drivers had the same problem. With fingers crossed I approached the exit and broke free. I think the exit process could be made slicker to avoid these delays.

  • Business Parking it would be a great help if the ticket from the machine upon entrance actually worked when exiting the car park. You have to get out and go to the office to validate your card.
