We have used this parking a few times now. You just find your place, make a note of position, catch the bus to the terminal. Quick and straightforward. One small comment is that the camera at the barrier does not always pick up your number plate, however, we pressed for a coin and validated it at the customer service centre in the Terminal so all was well.

Car parking was good and the shuttle bus to the airport was convenient. Unfortunately it was very busy on the return journey and we had to wait for two buses before we got on one. Then we were still squashed onto the bus. Could more buses be providea at busy times?

THe Barrier did not recognise the cars Redg Plate, the Barcode had not printed so I had to get a token..
The Airport Help desk enabled the token upon return, no problem for them.

Parked in long stay one and the bus transfer was smooth! Waiting when we arrived to transport to airport and waiting at the terminal to transfer back to car park! Would recommend

On returning to LBA we headed to the long stay car park. As we got to the barrier we put our token only for it to be declined . So I called the help line on the station, only to be told there was know record of our reference or car reg!
We then were told that we would have to return to the terminal building and to information desk. The terminal is some distance and with no courtesy bus in sight we had to walk. Once there the lady still couldn't find us on the system by reference or car reg. Only when we gave our name she could find us. She said that you hadn't added our reg to the site. Eventually our token was validated and we then we had to get back to the car! As you can imagine this is NOT what you want / need. This delayed our journey home by over an hour which was both stressful and upsetting. I would be grateful if you could reply to this email.

Directions were good but car park was still quite some distance away and wasn't really hard standing. We were at bus stop 4 which was a stoney uneven ground. The stones got caught in suitcase wheels making it very difficult to pull them. Discount code I had wasn't offered at the check out so I had to call holiday extras these issues need addressing for us to book again!

As I pulled up to the barrier on arrival the barrier didn't lift up. There was a light flashing so I pressed it and took a token.(thinking that it was a new procedure)On leaving the carpark I had to contact the help button as it wanted to charge me £94. It was soon rectified when I gave the kind man my reg number but a little alarming that the camera hadn't read my reg properly.

I pre-paid my parking ticket of £55.80 for ten days whilst I was on holiday. On arrival to the air port my car registration was not recognised so was I was given a token. I thought this was a new procedure.
Once arriving back from my holiday I had to pay an extra £94 as my initial payment was not recognised so what I thought days would cost me £55.80 it's actually cost me £149.80.
I have used this system many of times in the past and my registration has been recognised I have used the same booking system many of times with no issues.
I had no choice but to pay the extra money as I was in a rush to get home due to a family bereavement so I had no time to speak to anyone at the airport.
Can you please assist me in getting the £94 back as I feel I shouldn't be charged twice.
I need this resolved as soon as possible as I use the airport parking system regularly and I don't want to have this issue occurring time and time again whilst I'm travelling to my holiday home.

Trouble at car park scanner not working asked us to pay another £56 pressed buzzer for no one to answer took a long time to resolve so we could get out.

I couldn't get out of the car park and the staff on the end of the speaker didn't sound like they knew what they were doing either. My car was safe and in one piece, the shuttle bus was easy to get to and I'd use the service again.

the staff was helpful.it was a bit confusing which car park to use,on leaving my barcode wouldn't work then on speaking to the person on the machine speaker i was told i shouldn't have been in that car park!even though the barrier let me enter four days earlier!this was fuss meant that one of my passengers missed their train and had to wait minutes for the next one.would book with this company again if nothing else was available

Everything went smoothly. The only problem we have time after time is we can only find a parking space on the gravel car park. This ruins wheels on suitcases. We did appreciate the new pathway through the gravelcar park however some cars had their front ends right over it!!

Only gripe I have is,we weren't picked up at the same place,we were dropped off. Just a notice on the bus shelter telling us were to go for pickup. Could have included pickup location with issued details on returning.

Only one small drawback was when I attempted to leave the airport the barrier didn't rise. I tried to scan a barcode that was on my confirmation letter but couldn't. In my tired state I tried the help button but pressed the wrong thing
I then reversed my car and went to another barrier where it worked without a hitch.

Arrived at long stay carpark at 5am and number plate recognition did not work. Bus stop was only highlighted on one plate in carpark and bus stop is hidden behind a mound of soil. On top of this it was raining. On return number plate recognition did not work again. neither did bar code swipe . had to ring up again to raise barrier. Service poor

Would deffenetly use this car park again, no hassle just drove upto the barriers when entering and exiting recognised the registration and they opened,was a two minute shuttle ride to airport which was free, thank you

Didnt need to speak to any staff, everthing ran smoothly and the facilities were excellent. We arrived the barrier worked and we parked our car and enjoyed our holiday. We arrived back and the car was fine and we exited the car park with no problems. An excellent service from start to finish. Will be using this facility every time we fly away on holiday.
