Arrival and departure procedures

Arrival: Drive to the entry barrier to the long stay car park and insert the debit/credit card used to make your online booking. Please do not insert any other payment card. The barrier will rise allowing you to enter. Please do not take a ticket from the barrier, doing so may incur you with further charges on exit. Please allow at least 20 minutes for the transfer.

Please bring a copy of this booking confirmation with you when arriving at the airport.
If you do not have the card used to make the booking OR your card is not recognised, please do not insert a different card. Take a ticket at the barrier and park your car.

Departure: Make your way to your vehicle and drive to the exit barrier. Insert the same debit/credit card and the barrier will rise. If you do not the card used to make the booking OR your card is not recognised, take the entry barrier ticket and your booking confirmation to the information desk, situated in arrivals/check-in hall A in the terminal building, where you will be presented with an exit ticket.
