It was very difficult to find a space. We ended up in area 4 on rough ground. Car park poorly lit at night and exit signs weren't clear. I wouldn't have like to have been a lone female going back to my car. Bus service was good though.

Car park facilities brilliant.
The return bus journey to the long stay car park was a tad crowded so difficult getting off the bus with heavy luggage.

Easy great idea number plater reconigation. Just make sure as a tip you note where you are in car park and which bus stop. Be would deefintley use again

Yet again the airports system did not scan the bar code on the way in and did not issue a ticket or a token. I told them this on entry and on exit it took over 5 minutes for them to answer the phone. Not your fault but again, not ensuring the system is fully operational before it goes live, This happened a few years ago when they canged the sysyem and I was charge twice for the same stay.

Exiting the car park was a disaster it did not read the number plate or recognise the bar code
There was only one exit barrier working and a queue of 10 cars to get out. Worst I have experienced at Leeds bradford

We arrived in the early hours and there were no staff around so we drove straight in through an open barrier and parked up. On our return there was no clear sign for the bus and several others were also looking for the pick up points. We had to wait a good 15 mins when the bus finally arrived and was dropped off. When arriving at the barrier we could not get out as we apparently had no disc? After another long wait trying to get out a man appeared with a card and he couldn't let us out either as the machine was not working to scan his staff card! We eventually got through to someone through the speaker who verified we had paid so raised the barrier. We were not the only ones who couldn't get out! We have had this problem before but thought it was a one off , obviously not!

The car park staff were not very helpful when my bar code wouldn't swipe.
The website messed up my booming - I made 2 by mistake. . The staff did remedy this efficiently however.

could not exit without calling control. Everybody seemed to have problems. Exits not signposted for online purchased tickets. Disasterous experience. Awful and overpriced.

Everything was great until we came the leave the car park. On the way in there was number plate recognition or barcode. On the way out there was only a place to put your ticket to get out and we only had a barcode. Luckily the bus driver came to our rescue and let us all out.

Every time I use this car park there's a problem with getting out of there, now they've brought in tokens. I don't know what's worse, the scanner not working or having to sit there until someone sorts the tokens out

Brilliant instructions on how to get to the car park, what to do and where to go after we had parked up.
Staff were helpful when we arrived back at the car park to find our car had a flat battery.

Everything went perfectly. Pick up from bus stop on time. Just minutes to the airport drop off right outside departures. Same with return journey bus arrived quickly and drop off was easy. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend and use again.
