  • On-airport Long Stay The long stay parking at Leeds Bradford is poor. Despite prebooking I still had to go to the information desk on return and get the exit card authorised. Then there was a wait of 40 minutes in a long queue for a courtesy bus to the car park. Not impressed after a early start and a flight.

  • On-airport Long Stay No we put card in on arrival at the airport as instructed, but on exit the machine said it could not read the data. We pressed for assistance and waited 15 minutes for an attendant to arrive to allow us to leave the car park. He told us we should have taken a ticket, so why did your instructions contradict this?

  • On-airport Long Stay The system of going to the information desk at Leeds airport was cumbersome and not as efficient as that when we have flown from Newcastle or Manchester. I was not happy with entering my credit card again at the terminal to get a ticket.

  • On-airport Long Stay The staff were helpful and pleasant. We were given a 1-bedroom apartment rather than the studio we had booked, which we are very grateful for. However, there were a few problems. There was no sunbed in the apartment. The TV had only Sky News available in English.
