parking at LBA is so easy and convenient, and the shuttle bus run about every four minutes so there's not much waiting around.

The only problem I had was the drop off/pick up point had changed places within the space of 5 days and it wasn't well enough 'advertised' and found myself waiting in the wrong place!

The car parking was excellent, however I had some problems entering and exiting as Holiday Extras had not sent me a barcode to scan into the barriers for entrance or exit. I had to ask for assistance on both occasions which at 1am was very inconvenient. The staff however were helpful

Everything was smooth, however the parking spaces are a little difficult to locate and on the tight side, thus increasing the risk of other cars potentially scuffing or door handle type annoyances

We arrived at the car park approx 5am all was fine the registration was recognised and we found a space and off we went however on return one of the exits was out of service and the other wouldn't pick up the registration or the bar code from the booking sheet, we called through and was greeted by a woman who practically shouted in a very annoyed tone, yes can I help you, she had just dealt with another customer in front of us also having issues and he wasn't very happy but I don't then expect that to be taken out on us. Other than that everything is fine and I would still use you again but I think staff need a little better customer service training.

Everything went smoothly on our departure but when we came home, we was stood at the bus stop for a while, along with others and no bus. We all wondered if we were stood at the right stop. We looked around a saw a SMALL (A5) size notice saying the bus went from a different place. I really think there should be more signage pointing this out or at least a bigger notice....

We had to wait over minutes for the bus going and almost minutes on the way back. Also one of the exit barriers wasn't working and the only indication was a small sign on the electronic reader - we spent ages trying to get it to work before we spotted the sign and changed exits. Luckily there was no one waiting behind us.
