The only issue was on the way out the machine didn't appear to recognise my registration, however, when I drove in closer to scan my barcode my reg was recognised and the barrier opened

no my flight was delayed by 4 hrs,and when i got to the barrier with my car it would not open must have spent minutes trying to get out,and the signs for the shuttle bus are not very good.

All good. Easy book and to find. Instructions all worked. Bus was quick. Maybe more parking spaces and room between cars, but that is just a nice to have. I will be back :)

Car park well sign posted and there were plenty of spaces. I think there is not enough space between the vehicles. My car was scraped by someone's suitcase.

Everything great, as a repeat customer I was happy. Only problem on return was waiting in the old spot for return transfer to car park. Waited mins before we realised the bus stops now outside terminal building. Signs at the bus stop would be a good idea!

The barriers did NOT open on arrival, took several attempts with bar code to get in, On departure barriers did not open even with bar codes applied. We got out through the IN barrier which was in up position.
