Going no problem. Coming home there difficulty in finding the pick up point with several people wandering about to find it, eventually we saw a very small A5 sign saying pick up point. Cars stuck at the exit gates, automatic barrier didn't work too dark to see what to do. I fell over trying yo scan the bar code for the barrier. Atyrs old it was a bad end yo a holiday. LBA do not have enough staff to cope with 3 flights arrivng at the same time. Very long queus at passport control, too long a wait for baggage. Won't be using LBA again it is a Mickey Mouse airport.

Unfortunately the number plate recognition system does not work so it was as well that I had printed out my booking receipt and could scan the bar code. Not great when it's raining hard or as in this case snowing heavily.

To far to walk to the bus from our parking place, we know you can't control the weather but snow was forecast and your car park and the slope down to bus stop 1 was treatcherous with no gritting done, never again.

Finding a place to park is not easy and time consuming. Finding the exit to go home is not well signed and in the dark people struggle and are going round again and again. We were alright this time with that.

The holiday was fine. The disappointment was you just didn't send the boarding passes! ... repeated phone calls and a great deal of stress to resolve your "oversight" simply means ' I cannot go through that again'.. thank you but No thank you. Tarnished my enjoyment.

Barrier did not open when exiting the car park. However attendant came to our rescue in a only a few minutes. Also distance from car to bus stop further than would have expected, especially when carrying luggage.

The coach driver let far too many people on the bus making it very difficult to reach our cases when we got off. People had to get off themselves to allow some space. Also both exit machines were out of order with a queue building up until someone came to operate them which took mins.

the last two times we have used your service the pick up bus was at different places at the terminal.you need clearer instructions on pickup from terminal for courtesy bus

Really impressed how easy it was to use this service. Didn't even need paperwork the barrier recognises your number plate! It might be an idea for me to write down the bus stop number and car park area before we left as we'd forgot when we returned!! Great price too. We will definitely use this service again.

when we arrived back and proceeded to leave the airport the token would not go into the machine.it was obvious a problem as when i looked at the machine was a further token in the return base, a member of staff came over to aske if we were haveing problems which i replied yes he tried the token but would not work, he let us out with his swipe card if not there could have been a long wait not happy.have used many times before .

Booking was very easy, with conformation - directions recived within minutes.
Transfers to and from the car park were promt, less then 5 min waiting for pickup plus less then a 5 min transfer either way.

No problem finding the car park and getting into/out of the car park. Difficult getting luggage and small children on and off the bus to the long stay car park. Booking easy with Holiday Extras and car parking fine - would book again.
