What can I say everything worked a treat,rolled up at Liverpool Airport the number plate was recognised ,parked and within 5 min was in the terminal,On our return the barrier raised and we exited.there was a lot of room on the car park.

It was very efficient and number plate was recognised easily. Plenty of parking but I travelled in December and it was quiet at airport.
Only thing I would say on way back I had a flat battery and I rang for assistance so my partner could get in car park to help me and it took few mins to get through once I did everyone was helpful.

Its a car park - insert ticket - the barrier raised, parked the car - it was still there at the end of a weekend in Madrid - barrier raised on exit. It was exactly as described - and previously experienced - and slightly cheaper than the official LJL airport parking.

Very pleased with ipark. Everything went to plan, the direction of how to get there were spot on. Parking the car was no problem. It was just a few minutes walk to the airport. Will definately use ipark again.

AT ARRIVAL AIRPORT STAFF AWAITING TO DIRECT US TO COACH FOR TRANSFER. HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 30 MINS AS A SOME PEOPLE HAD FAILED TO SHOW.SO NO FAULT OF STAFF. WE WERE PICKED UP ON RETURN AT THE EXACT TIME WE WERE INFORMED - SO NO PROBLEMS EXCELLENT SERVICE

The car park was unmanned and it took time to find a space to park. On the basis that you accept bookings, you should allocate a car park space which would make life much easier.

All okay, instuctions very clear, although barrier opened and then immediately started to close again on exit. Pleased to see the marked path was free from cars being parked on it. I find this annoying especially when there are parking places.
