Arrival and departure procedures

Arrival: The car park has an automatic number plate recognition system, so make sure you enter your car registration number correctly when you make your booking. We recommend that you bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you.
Drive up to the entry barrier and press for a ticket. Your car registration number and booking reference number will be printed on your ticket. Follow the signs to the nearest available spaces. Make a note of where you have parked and make your way to the nearest bus stop.

Departure: Collect your car and drive to the exit barrier.
If the ticket you took on arrival has your car registration number printed on it, put the ticket into the barrier and the barrier will lift.
If your ticket does not have your registration number on it, press the intercom for help and quote your booking reference.
If you have stayed in the car park for more time than you booked, you will have to pay the extra before you go. The machine will show the amount owed in the exit column and you can pay by credit or debit card.
