  • Official On-Airport Short Term (Yellow) Parking Directions and instructions good, very easy to find car park, within walking distance of airport.Coming out of car park my car number plate wasn't recognised, so I pressed help button on ticket barrier which rang through to help desk:after 10 minutes I got through to someone, gave them my booking reference and barrier opened.

Would definately use again

Coach immediately took us to hotel except driver spoke so quietly that we couldn't hear our stop so stayed on coach for further 30 mins which was frustrating. Hotel was good but rooms need modernising not 4 star but rest of hotel is. Received text to say what time coach pick up was next day. Overall impressed with service despite the couple of comments.
