Car park works made it really confusing to find the drop off point at 3.30 am.

the service was terrible it took more than 30 minute to hand over my key, the swift staff useless unhelpful and incompetent, on my return I was aked for £5 in cash to validate my parking ticket this was not mention or written anywhere on my booking confirmation, in fact the service was so bad I'd like my money back please

Should only take the number of bookings they can handle. Seems like they take far too many boomingns, never enough stuff on the floor and queues long to wait to drop or pick up car. The whole point of using a meet and greet service is convenience and time saving. This achieves neither

The signage could have been better to direct you where to go and I thought it seemed very expensive. Even after we spent £92 to park the attendant asked for another £5 when bringing the car back! In general very easy to use and the staff were all polite and helpful

First time using this service. It appeared chaotic first thing in the morning but still everything went surprisingly smoothly. Staff very helpful and patiently explained what would happen upon my return. Car delivered back very quickly upon my return to airport.

We had to wait from 20.10 to 22.00 nearly 2 hours for our car to be brought to us after our flight!!
It was chaos and no one knew were the cars were. We watched a family with a toddler and tiny baby wait longer than we did and a lady in a wheelchair also wait for 2 hours. We will be asking for compensation!

Drop off was disorganised with facilities & organisation poor. Pick up was a shambles. had to wait over 2 hours for car. The Luton airport short term car park currently is clearly not fit for purpose. This parking operation should be closed.

Drop off: had to stand in a que for 10 minutes to leave keys. Which was unexpected but ok, we can live with that.
Pick up: we rang ahead as instructed upon arrival at the baggage collection point from which point it took approximately 2hrs for our car to arrive in the short stay car park. A swift meet and greet it was not!! And everybody there was in the same situation. The problem appeared obvious, if you have a 50 seater restaurant you wouldn't book a 100 people in for lunch, chaos will be inevitable.

Luton airport is a disgrace. Passport control 1 hour wait, directions to swift meet and greet appalling . One guy with kids was furious his car wasn't there with 2 babies cold !

I rang 3 times in the week before arrival including tone hour pre-arrival to say I would be a day early, and still the car wasn't there. Had to wait 30 minutes and then pay a £5 parking fee which hadn't been mentioned at the outset. Chaotic at the airport parking. In short, very poor

Car park being refurbished lots of traffic not signposted well. £4 added to ticket to pay a man standing in car park. Not easy to find him and he was the office!

Staff were great but the Luton Airport expansion is causing many problems and should be explained to any future bookings. Also the exit fee should be included in the initial booking payment.

Not what you expect from meet and greet. I followed the instructions and called when we collected pur luggage yet still had to wait for 40min with a hungry baby for my car to arrive. It would have been quicker and much cheaper to book offsite parking. I will not be using the so called meet and greet service again!

Dropping off the car was very confusing poor signage and it wasn't clear what barrier to go in. On our return the card said to ring a mobile number which we did as soon as we landed... We made our way to the collection point over an hour later we were still waiting !!! The guy there wasn't very interested until we started voicing our dissatisfied in front of other customers.... 63 minutes later the car arrives no sorry for keeping you waiting !!!! For the sake of saving £10 DONT USE THIS SERVICE

Drop off service was very good and went smoothly, however we had to wait more than half an hour for our car to arrive on collection. It was also not clear which company was which as more than 1 meet and greet service was operating in the same area with no signs. Some of this would have been due to the work being carried out at Luton airport but still could have been better.

Swift meet and greet did not valet our car even thought we pre-paid for this.
Although they meet, they do not greet, without massive delays. There is no safe waiting area, with children and angry customers milling around with no shelter or place to stand or sit that is separate from the constant stream of cars arriving and leaving.
Not fit for purpose and the long stay car park would have been far better
