Drop was extremely easy. Not their fault but out flight back had been cancelled and swift were extremely helpful in arranging the return of my car the day after even though I came in by car

I had to wait for 1 hr mins for my car rather than the published mins. Once in the car park the team were completely disorganised and avoided speaking to me as they had no idea what was going on, it was complete chaos and unprofessional and certainly not worth paying £50 for. Poor service and waste of money.

we waited around for over 5 minutes in row as there was no person in attendace, it was raining & we had 2 children with us, because of the delay we had to pay excess to depart the car park, i would like a refund on these extra expenses which were down to having to wait for a swift person to arrive

No improvements I can think of. Was a little reluctant as we've never had meet and greet service before but it was amazing. Friendly staff, fast pick up and drop off of our car, great location as the short stay car park was only a short walk to the terminal (about 4 minutes). We will DEFINITELY book with you again.

We experienced agood and prompt service on both departure and arrival at Luton. Swift meet and greet dealt very well with returning our car within their specified time frame despite the back log due to many delayed flights that evening.

We waited over minutes in the rain for the car to be returned. We were told that the traffic getting into Luton airport was bad. It was not! I then rang the Swift number and was told that I could not make a complaint over the phone and that 'I'm not paid enough to deal with issues of this nature'.
I am sure that when everything is working fine Swift's service is adequate, but when something goes wrong (I suspect they simply did not have sufficient drivers to deal with demand) they are not equipped to deal with it. This is not good enough and I would like my money back.

Took mins to get our car back after we called from luggage reclaim. It was drizzly so we got wet as there was no shelter and there was also a big queue of others waiting for their cars!

Yes the only comment I can make is that it was a long walk from the short stay car park to the terminal building than I anticipated and a member of our party did have some difficulty with this.

The staff where helpful, the signage was poor so difficult to see where to go upon arrival at the airport. The parking was limited, appreciate the whole airport is under development so it's difficult. Perhaps the written confirmation instructions could be clearer about where in the car park the team can be found.
