Could do without the potholes in the car park when having to drag the cases over the rough surfaces, especially in the wet weather. When you lift the cases into the boot of the car, you have to be careful not to get the mud on your clothes-always seems to be raining when we return from holiday!

I was disappointed that I had to park on rough ground in the car park and this contributed to me having two flat tyres on my return. Luckily I was paired for this with a pump otherwise I'd have been stranded. Also the bus on the return took a long time to turn up with two Jet Parks 3 buses turning up well before our bus. This may stop us booking again.

It would be better to make the areas for parking more clearly marked as cars where just parked anywhere. This caused the bus driver on our return to our some problems.

The Car park is a building site and could do with being worked on all the time not just left with all the mess of a building site.

Not a good experience. It took over an hour from parking the car (and it took quite a while to find a vacant parking spot) to go from Jet Parks 1 to T2 as we went Via T3 and then T1. We got to the airport early but the transfer delay meant we only just got through in time as the airpot became very busy. The return journey fro T2 to Jet Parks 1 was quicker.

There were no legitimate spaces available in the very muddy and pot holed car park. The transfer bus took mins we got off early and walked. Return transfer was also over mins!

The cibdutuon of the road in the car park is terrible - full of potholes and puddles. Also, it took quite about minutes to find a free space. What staff? The only person we saw

After a long flight you just want to get your car and be on your way. We waited mins in the drizzle for the shuttle bus to turn up. In that time we saw multiple busses heading to the other car parks.

Had to scan bar code as number plate recognition failed, but this was probably my fault as I changed vehicle details online and it may not have updated in time. Site is unmanned and would benefit from toilets, but it's close to airport and bus runs for free every-15 min. Have used before and will again as it's easy to find.

All fine apart from having problem with the barrier opening on leaving. Another car had the same issue. It was torrential rain at the time so maybe this caused the problem ??

Had a good experience with holiday extras ...How ever when someting goes wrong there is no one to contact for help. We left a small bag on the jet parks shuttleservice bus to jet parks 1 and found we could not contact anyone direct to get help in locating this item. After eventually getting through to lost property at Manchester airport we found the experience very unsatisfactory. A more direct contact number would have been helpful with the shuttle service in helping to find recover the left item .

Car park needs to be properly tarmaced. Was less than a handful of spaces (if that) and not easy to spot. Journey from car park to terminal 2 went via T1 and T3 before getting to ours. However, bus driver on return trip very helpful with everyone's luggage and ensuring seated.

No staff did not even bother to acknowledge any one. When arrived spent ages driving around looking for parking spot. When we arrived back late at night (dark) would have been helpful if the driver announced which area we was in ie entering park 1-2-3? people were standing up so could not see well outside & we'd gone passed our spot. would help if again driver gave indication of area in ie E section. This was the worst experience had with any jetpark parking. so will use you again but not in Manchester.

On arrival there were no parking spaces despite having booked several weeks before we eventually parked at the end of a row in a very unsatisfactory space the surface was very poor and cases had to be carried rather than wheeled on our return we had to wait minutes for a transfer bus back to our car there is no staff on duty we have given the grade for nearness to the terminal and nothing else we are unlikely to use this car park again

At the moment due to a lot of building activities in the area parking space was difficult to find on the carpark so advive any travellers to arrive early if possible (follow bus around carpark if any one gets off you have a parking spot)
