Levels could do with more labelling for where car is - the sections are rather big! Also height restriction information when booking would be very helpful. Fortunately I had taken my roof box off or I would have been in a right mess!

no problems on arrival, not as many disabled spaces as thought,needed to confirm booking on departure as booking had been modified to 2 weeks stay , but no problem after talking to person on departure.

Very hard to find a space. Poor signage in car park, with random arrows pointing up or down with a number next to them. No clue what this meant. Took about minutes to park finally on roof and then confusing signage to terminal

The process of taking the token at the arrival barrier then having to press the intercom at the exit barrier to explain we had pre booked was not explained when booking the parking through holiday extra. Needs to be made clearer to make the process slicker

It should be on the website that you can purchase an hourly rate ticket at the airport,as we purchased the only ticket available on the website for £40.We were at the airport for one hour and could have paid £5.

Entering the car park was good, the problem we had was finding an empty space; the signs indicated a number of spaces but couldn't see them. Took a while to get parked.

We had to drive right up to the roof before we found a place to park and it was pouring with rain and had huge puddles on our return. Apart from that it was fine!

The car park was nearly full when we arrived it took a long time to find a space. The only space available were on the roof. Not happy with leaving the car in the open air. There should be space reserved for pre booked parking.

I thought I'd read about green lights indicating vacant spaces, but didnt see any working. Spaces are tight, especially with the number of 4x4 type vehicles these days. Still wider than the 'parking lanes' at the Meet and greet though, which are not wide enough to pull a suitcase up really. Being indoors all the way to the terminal was my key reason for choosing T1 MS over M&G.

Superb location means no waiting for shuttles. Little more expensive than the long term car park but do you really want to save a couple of quid having spent hundreds or more on your holiday? Well worth it we were at the check in within minutes.

We have used the T1 & T3 multi-storey car parks three times this year & the number plate recognition only worked once out of six entry/exits. It's a consistent pain in the backside to have to scrabble around for reading glasses to search for a booking reference on an email at a barrier. We drive a less than 2 years old Hyundai i30, with a clean, unobstructed number plate. Surely the cameras should be able to read plates on every vehicle or is it because we're booking through holiday extras & our booking information isn't making it to the plate recognition system?
