Security at Newcastle Airparks

The car park has twenty-four hour security. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment.

Newcastle Airparks Transfers

Transfers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week on demand. When you return from holiday, you'll need to call Airparks using the free phone in the terminal, which is on the central pillar opposite domestic arrivals.

Please note:
Park & Ride customers will be unable to take oversized items onto the transfer buses (skis, snowboards, bicycles, surfboards or anything as large/larger than these items). To avoid this, you can drop large items off at the terminal with a passenger and then drive your car to Airparks.

Disabled facilities: The reception and toilets at Airparks Newcastle are accessible to disabled customers. Although transfer buses are not wheelchair accessible, you will be able to transport it on the bus - and the driver will be happy to help you get on and off. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival: Report to the car park reception and check your vehicle in, leaving you keys with the member of staff. Your car will be parked for you whilst you are being transferred in a courtesy bus to Newcastle airport. Please note that the car park is unable to be held responsible for any loose items that are left in your vehicle and will be left at your own risk. We recommend that you allow approximately 35 to 45 minutes before your airport check-in time to report to the car park reception and transfer to the airport.

Departure: On your return to Newcastle airport please use the courtesy telephone to call the car park to arrange a transfer back to the compound. The phone is located within the terminal building on the central pillar opposite domestic arrivals.
If you return earlier than planned, please contact the car park to ensure your car is ready for collection.
