  • Airparks Park and Ride (flexible) Car parking was fine but transfer was awful.Too far from entrance to airport and kept waiting ages in heavy rain for our return pickup to arrive.

  • Airparks Park and Ride (flexible) Everything was fine. They were very quick taking me from the car park to the airport and collecting me again, late evening, when I returned. In both cases the driver took my case and put it in the boot for me.

  • Airparks Park and Ride (flexible) On arrival back into Newcastle you have to walk from one end of terminal to other to use the telephone for Airparks and then walk all the way back to meet the bus !! Doesn't make sense, telephone located in wrong position
