It was not easy to access the car park due to poor signage and the vehicle registration entry did not work. On exit it wasn’t easy either as had difficulty getting a response from the intercom system. But once in it was convenient.

Short stay car park 1 was closed. Said it was full but you could see spaces and we parked inthe top car park, forgunately is was not raining.

Directions could be clearer once at airport as unsure if we could use car park right at entrance so did not. Turns out we could have but directions only given for side car park. Parking workers really helpful. Thanks.

Got a wee fright when I put my ticket in and got a message that I had £140 to pay, but as soon as I pressed the contact button the number plate recognition kicked in (I assume) and the barrier went up.

Parking was perfect because of the new number plate recognition system. Only trouble was the instructions that were in the email told us that the short stay car park was behind the billboards, which it is not. Need to change the instructions on emails.

Instructions were not good to find car park. It ia actually the short stay car park. Just say that on the instructions please. Got charged £5 to leave the car park as well. Flight was not late. it was 10 mins early.

I traveled with my elderly mother who has a mild Dementia. Late return travel and really bad weather made it difficult to get her to the car. I couldn't see how to get closer to save her the walk to the car. Some help at that point would be good.
