The new parking layout is a nightmare. Parking cars in a line waiting for collection is stupid. Our car was between several others and nearly impossible to get out. This works fine for arrivals but returning is never going to with the cars in a long line. We dont all get back at the same time and depart sequentially.

One member of staff on collection of car, long queue, definitely NOT meet and greet. people trying to drop off their cars were concerned about missing their flights, people returning from holiday do not need to wait an hour to collect their car, disgusting service.

It was an appalling service! We were met with a 25min queue just to get into the barriers, there was no Meet & Greet service at all - on return from holiday, we had to queue for over 30 mins to get our car key, only to find our car the other side of the car park. We will NEVER repeat this service, nor recommend. Its a total rip off and I feel duped out of money.

The key drop off was fine, but went we went to pick keys up it was horrendous. Long queues taking well over 30 minutes then when we eventually were given the car keys we couldn't find the lane to collect. We asked 2 Meet and Greet members of staff and both were clueless. Would have been easier and quicker to have parked off site and caught a bus. Never again!

Yes but car had travelled 11 miles in total and looked to have been parked in a field under trees as drivers mat was covered in grass & dry mud and bird shite was plastered in several places over car.

I booked meet and greet for my sons holiday. On his return from the holiday he was faced with an enormous queue to pick up his car keys. This service is not acceptable we have always used meet and greet at gatwick airport and we are met by a driver who takes our car and then delivers to arrivals on our return. This is a meet and greet service so I will not be booking your service again if I fly from stanstead.

It took a long time to get into the car park with us tailing back along the road. We had to be very careful once in the car park as cars coming from all directions. When arriving home it felt unorganised in the meet and great office we were quickly given our keys with a quick conversation of where our car was which we had to walk to the back of the car park looking for the car this could be improved by handing the customer written information on where the car is parked with a direction map! Lastly same again cars moving about in different directions with the workers stopping in cars and chatting in the middle of the road to which we had to ask them to move so we could carry on walking to find out car. We would double check prior booking again that the works being carried out is completed so the service that is provided reverts back to the original meet and great which we have never had problems with.

The queue to get into the MG lot on the Thursday morning was horrendous, took 45 minutes as down to one lane. On the return, I was early so called to notify as suggested on the ticket, however no one answered after repeated attempts. Still, I did get my keys fast in person. On the way out, needed to call assistance as the ticket said there was a charge of £19. Hostile women over the phone told us to remove the ticket to lift the barrier; this should be explained beforehand ideally. Still, overall the service was pretty good and the price was right, just some kinks to work out.

Parked with Meet and Greet at Stanstead Airport,car was returned to me in a filthy state,looked like it had been parked under a tree and when I got home I noticed a small dent and scratches,won't use them again.

We had to queue for 20mins to get through the meet and greet barrier which didn't seem to be working properly had to speak to a person in the office before it raised, then after having to park the car ourselves had to take the keys to the office. On our return we had to collect the keys ourselves and then walk quite a way to find our car, if it was raining we would have got soaked. Would like to know what was m and g about it. Would have been easier and quicker to use the short term car park and cheaper.

No, no, no. Not sure if temporary,due to building work, but drop off was try and find a space. And on return unless using the valet parking people, myself including, were waiting an hour for their cars. Staff basically clueless.

It was s complete disaster, when we arrived one lane was not in use to enter the Carpark, there was s very long queue to get in. When we arrived back it was complete chaos at the office we waited about an hour to get our car keys, no organisation, no apologies, terrible service.

Collection was a bit odd as I was given a bay number with no idea where it was and no information about the exit. I realise the exist signs I eventually found were temporary but there was no clear indication where to go as it was raining heavily when I collected my vehicle and I didnt see where to go until I drove around the car park for a bit

The booking in and out was fine. However, I arrived in the early hours of Saturday morning, it was dark so I was unable to check my car. I checked it later that day to find several chips on the paintwork, 3 prominent ones on the right rear side door, and a couple on the bonnet. I don't know where you keep the cars but having used the Long Term car park many times before, my car has never been damaged, nor got as dirty in the time I was away. I wouldn't use the Meet and Greet service from you again.
