The only problem we had was the numbering of the lanes and when it is your first time using this car park it would be very helpful if there was a sign indicating how the numbers run and also if you arrive at night it's hard to find the one you need

This was our first trip from Stansted and was impressed to find meet and greet right outside the airport. Was a bit confused on entry system re ticket barrier. Once we were informed after using call button everything went smoothly. We did think our vehicle would have been parked closure to reception on our return instead of having to go almost to the furthest parking area.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only problem is finding the right lane on my return as cars always seem to cover the number. I did find it quicker the last time after looking at the map. Still a problem I expect it's an age thing!

The car park is not easy to find with asking for directions I finally found it. I was expecting to drop off my car by someone meeting and greeting me at the drop off then enter the airport.
However staff were friendly and explained everything clearly to me

The staff have always been very friendly. My problem is trying to understand how you number the rows. It was quicker this time, I have to admit. Last time it took me ages to find my car. All cars cover up the rows!!!

Staff were great, system works really well. We expected Valet parking, as before but it's not meet and greet or Valet parking.
We have issues with the Gold Valet car wash. We have pictures which we showed the gentleman in your site office. It wasn't even waxed, wasn't washed properly, tyres left untreated. Happy to show you the pictures. Please email me.

I use the service every week, but for the last two times my car was parked as far away as possible (in lanes in thes) when I returned late on Thurs night, when the last thing I want to do as a-year-old woman is walk for minutes. Always before, the car was available quite near the office where I collect the keys. I mentioned it on the first time and was told to make a special request when I dropped the car. I did this, but the result was that it was even further away. Both times the staff lied and said it was because the lot was full. It was in fact half empty. Simply no one took the trouble to move the car nearer to the office.

Arrived at 3.45am and let through barrier and told to park in Lane 2. Drove around for 5 minutes looking for Lane 2 as given no indication by staff member and most of the lanes had cars parked over the painted numbers on the floor. Ended up driving towards a staff member who when I asked where Lane 2 was spoke to me very abruptly before pointing to the furthest Lane possible away from the terminal. I have never had this with M&G before as you usually Park in the first half a dozen lanes and they move the car later for you. It would have been easier, cheaper and I would have been closer to the terminal if I parked in the Orange short stay Car Park. The

The reception desk was understaffed on our return and we were held up by the single member of staff dealing with a customer who seemed to have complicated arrangements!
Other than that, all was well and I think we'd always use M&G in the future
