Easy booking, simple drop off and pick up of keys with very short walk to terminal. Would have appreciated some lane signage other than just on the roads. Not easy to see/find in rain/sleet -impossible if snow covered.

Extremely helpful due to delay in Dublin because of storms had problems getting home in which the pick up my vechile was overdue, I was expecting a large bill for extra parking charges but was pleasantly surprised that there was no further charge ,Thankyou

Staff were great but due to ongoing works outside the M&G office we experienced difficulties as my husband is disabled. We couldn't get near or get a wheelchair. The car was not nearby on return either. But the staff did what the could to help.

Allocated lane on arrival was full, so had to park in an adjacent lane. When checking in the car, I just reported the revised lane. Staff member was efficient and friendly.

Yes but signs to the carpark were not clear and I ended up going through the £2.50 drop off area by mistake so costing me more. Will know next time. Directions to collect car were unclear too.

Easy to find and simple straightforward directions of where to leave the car and where to collect the car from. All literally minutes walking time from the departure terminal.

With a name like 'Meet and Greet' I was expecting it to be like other airports, where the car is returned to you at the terminal, rather than having to walk to it. The signage directing to the reception from the parking was very poor. There were long queues.

We landed early and I rang to ensure I could collect my car earlier than originally agreed. I rang 5 times and no one answered. By the time I actually managed to get to the office I was told that I would have to wait another 30 minutes. As I turnt out, I only waited around 10 as the gentleman behind the counter got the time wrong. Overall not a bad service, just a small amount of adjustment to improve on.

Have used this service twice now. The first time after returning from our holiday we had a flat tire at the back and spent the next 4 hours at the side of the motorway waiting for the RAC after realising we had a flat tyre travelling 70mph in the outside lane. This flat tyre was either caused by your drivers when we left you the car or by the one way exit bumps at the car park with one way spikes on them. There was a huge hole On the inside of the tyre and being an Audi A6 this is incredibly hard to do as they were continental tyres. The RAC were shocked that such damage had been done to a tyre of this quality and said that it could have been an exit of this type or hitting something very sharp. When driving off from the car park the car didn't feel
right but we had no idea it was a flat tyre. This time when we returned and got back to our car all 4 windows were wide open and the weather was not particularly pleasant!
