On return lady was not fully aware of the layout of the parking bays. So we had directions but they could have been more detailed and it was raining making the detail important as we had to wander around a bit to search for our car. In dry circumstances no problem. One of those things!!

Drop off was easy. Not impressed with Meet & Greet on return. We expected our car to be near Reception, however it was parked no nearer than a short stay car park, some 4-5 mins walk away. Hardly ready for us to get straight into!

Everything went fine until the clerk at the desk, on our return, told us that our car was in a certain lane and it wasn't! Fortunately, we soon found it in another lane.

Your staff were excellent and with very good advice after our flight was cancelled. Only problem was, on our return, the exit route out of the car park was exceptionally confusing - after twice circumnavigating the car park following exit signs eventually had to drive the wrong way down a lane on the advice of a car park attendent.

I didn't really feel it was Meet & Greet its the same as parking at Stansted in the usual car parks. Still had to walk quite a way when arriving to leave the keys at reception then coming home still had to wait in reception and had to walk quite a way to find the car. I would have expected people arriving home that day to be parked right by the front so you can literally grab your keys and find your car straight away and be gone. I didn't find it any easier and more convenient than parking at the other car parks at Stansted. It was just a car park and somewhere to leave your keys for the week.

they left it on parkling light when they switched headlights off for 2 weeks it has killed the battery . which i now have to replace at a cost of.00 pounds so not happy

We've used the service before when you were met at the front of the airport and the car taken straight off. New process is slightly more painful, with big queues at the reception for drop off and return. However they managed our early return well.

I had to wait over 15 minutes to hand my key in at 6am. Your staff rota needs to be more organised with sufficient staff on shift to be more efficient

My sun glasses were stolen from my car, my new wife and myself have always used your service but I am afraid we will not use you anymore. You need to review your staff or this could happen again to someone else and you will lose even more customers. We returned from our wedding in Cyprus and it left a real sour moment on what was a special occasion.

Everything with Meet and Greet parking at Stansted was fine apart from when returning. The Exit signs need to be clearer as there are conflicting Exit arrows meaning that I went round twice before having to ask someone where the exit was.

The service is called Meet & Greet but there was no meeting and no greeting... On drop-off I parked the car in a queue, then went to your office and dropped the keys off. The distances were short and the process straightforward, I was happy with that. The return I wasnt, the distance to the collection office was too far to walk and the signs inadequate. The key collection was straightforward but then the walk to where my car was parked was too far. Things went smoothly, the staff were helpful, but the distances I had to walk on collection were too far. Meet and greet does not acurately describe the service you are providing.

On arrival the staff were rude we had to leave the car at the farthest possible place.On collecting the car it was parked to far away.I can not see how this can be advertised as meet and greet.For the price i paid i expected the car to be a lot nearer the terminal.
