Our driver was waiting in the arrivals hall with my name on his IPad so he was on time. Our other driver collected us from our hotel on time too. Both taxis were clean and tidy. Both journeys very good.

Communication was good however, when you are looking for a private property address and this is. It in the system, it isn't particularly customer friendly to book the nearest place and then get in touch to find out whether your actual booking address can be accepted. It would be better if you can do this before proceeding and paying for the booking

Another great service, both on pick up and return. I would like to say a big thank you to my driver at the airport on arrival. My flight out was delayed by 2 hours, I did inform the office directly of the delay as my flight was due in at 23:00 but arrival at 00:45. By the time we got through passport and collected my cases the airport was empty apart from your driver standing waiting for us. He was very welcoming and cheerful which got our holiday off to a great start. Once again a big thank you from us.

It's a very good efficient service and good value. It would be great in high season if there was a direct service to Albir as if there are a lot of drop offs in Benidorm the transfer can take up to 2 hours for a 40 minute journey.

All went well, only comment would be that I booked the premium or express service (can't remember exact name) but I think drop offs are in specific order so it's just your luck basically when you get dropped off (based on where your hotel is on the route) - I think if I had booked standard service it would have been exactly the same.
