An excellent service at a really competitive price. The staff were first class too. The service "did it exactly what it said on the tin" so to speak.Mr Lee 17 Mar, 2010

Everything perfect - including one of your staff standing by the kerb when the bus was picking us up at the airport - this stopped queue jumpers! - not sure if that was the intention but as a lot of us waiting certainly stopped any agro. Thanks.Mrs Cox 14 Mar, 2010
Both terminals at Birmingham airport have a selection of places to eat that will satisfy almost any taste. There are pubs, restaurants, fast food outlets and a range of coffee shops ensuring that no-one needs travel on an empty stomach.
On the lower level there is a Starbucks and the World News Cafe. Open everyday from 5am until 10pm the World News Cafe serves a selection of hot and cold snacks and has great views of the runway along with laptop socket points and Sky TV.
The upper level has a much wider range of places to eat. The main area has a Burger King, Gallery Bar, Franky and Bennie's, Est Presso, Millie's Cookies, Pash! Deli and a JD Wetherspoon. Also on first floor is the departure lounge which features another Burger King, a Costa Coffee and D'lish Deli.

While not as comprehensive as Terminal 1, Birmingham International's second terminal still offers a wide and definitive choice for food before a flight. Pubs, coffee shops, snacks and fast food are all well represented both in the arrivals area and in the departure area on the upper floor.
