• Servisair Lounge We booked in the airport premium lounge at Bristol. Our flight got in at 1.30am and we were waiting to catch another flight at 8.00am. Unfortunately we could not get into the lounge until our baggage was accepted which was 5.00am.

• Servisair Lounge I wasn't aware there were choices of rooms, our standard room was very much basic and we unfortunately needed to upgrade to the tune of £170 extra
