- Lingfield Servisair Lounge (South Terminal) Hotel,parking and meet and greet on our return was brilliant. The car was delivered promptly with no waiting around. The airport lounge was a great way to relax in comfort whilst waiting for our departure.

Mrs Short, 09 May 2012 - Yes the facilities were as you described but it would be good if you were to offer sandwiches as in other lounges, but I prefer to use Servisair.
Mr Naylor, 25 Apr 2012 - We booked the aiport parking and airport lounge through holiday extras. The prices were the best we found and the service was excellent. No issues and all bookings processed extremely smoothly.
Mr James, 12 Apr 2012 - first time I have been into an airport lounge well worth the money for the peace and quite and relexing way to start our holidays would do this again.
Mrs Brimble, 27 Mar 2012 - Lounge was a little busier than we expected, with some large family groups allowing their children to run around. Seating was limited due to the number of people.

Ms King, 23 Feb 2012 - The staff were very friendly and also very keen to make sure I was ok and explained how I needed to keep an eye on the monitors to check for my gate. Very pleasant experience thank you.
Mrs Sharpe, 14 Dec 2011 - Due to a flat tyre we were late arriving at Gatwick and only had 1 hour in the lounge instead of 3. However we made the most of the time we had and enjoyed the facilities and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful

Mr Mainwaring, 29 Nov 2011 - We booked a taxi for the Airport at 9.00am (as per our booking form with you) which did not arrive. The Aurora Hotel very kindly telephoned and was told it had been booked at 11.00am!
