Dependable quality for all the family - that's what the Hilton at London Stansted Airport, Stansted is all about; and this Stansted airport hotel certainly lives up to that reputation. The bedrooms exude luxury, and you can tell that Hilton have put thought into what the modern traveller wants. Very good deal. Everything ran very smoothly. Staff at Hilton very friendly and helpful. Need to change emailed information regarding bus from Stansted back to Hilton as now goes from bus stop 20 not 27, there was a sign on the bus so wasn't really a problem.Miss Slator (Stansted Hilton)
The Hilton Hotel is in a good location and parking is readily available with a good bus service to and from the airport. The staff are polite and helpful and the hotel's facilities are good.Mr Chopping (Stansted Hilton)
Room service was poor.Had to go down myself.Over an hour to get the wrong sandwich and to be told they couldn't do bread the way I wanted it (toast)Mr Chapman (Stansted Hilton)
Also I was told the Stella had finished. While I went down to complain a look in the bar confirmed it wasn't.

Those who want to stay close, but in a quieter location, will love the Hilton because it isn't slap-bang in the middle of the airport. It's near enough to enjoy views of the planes taking off and landing and far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of London's third-busiest airport.
We highly recommend this hotel for family travel. The Living Well fitness centre is open 24-hours and includes a swimming pool for adults as well as a separate splash pool for the little ones; a great way to burn off a bit of energy before bedtime!
The Hilton is also our customers' favourite park and fly hotel at Stansted. There are eight or 15-day packages available, and parking is on site in the hotel's secured car park. There are 500 spaces, which are protected by CCTV, barriers and lighting.
What's more, you can give your day a caffeinated kick-start with a proper Costa coffee. There's a Costa shop tucked round to the right as you enter the hotel, making it a cosy spot for your morning coffee, or just somewhere to curl up in the afternoon with your travel book and a cocoa. It's open as early as 4am, and closes at 5pm.
We recommend the Hilton Stansted for:
Families - the Stansted Hilton is perfect for families travelling with young children: the activity packs during dinner time, the outside space for running around in, and the children's very own splash pool make it an all-inclusive, fun venue that offers a convenient beginning to a memorable holiday.
Fitness fanatics - the Hiltons Living Well health club has a gym with resistance training equipment, a swimming pool, a sauna and a steam room. The good news is its free to all guests.
Food-lovers - not only are dishes in Amy's restaurant sophisticated and delectable, but they're exquisitely presented too. The warm sweet potato salad with halloumi is to die for! Plus, the little ones can also enjoy a specially-designed menu by child nutritionist Annabel Karmel.
