yes everything went very smoothly the staff were very welcoming and helpful. the facilities were as described although the buffet did not quite live up to how it was described but what was there was well stocked and the lemon cake that came out towards the end of the stay was fantastic (we travelled to Scandinavia who are the kings of buffet providers) so sorry to sound a little negative.

Easy check into the lounge and very relaxing with comfy chairs. Food choices limited but tasty. My only niggle was that it was so busy in there that the food kept running out so you had to rush back up as soon as it came back out

The lounge at Luton airport is well worth booking. It's a hassle free way to start your holiday. Staff were welcoming, polite and very helpful. I will be booking the lounge again

The airport lounge was excellent. We had used it a few years ago but it clearly has been refurbished and was really comfortable.

The staff were very helpful however it was overbooked & no seats for our family of 8 for at least minutes

Staff were friendly and the seating was comfortable. It took away the stress as the airport was manic and the lounge was peaceful and calm.
They had a selection of rolls cheese and pasta which was nice. My only criticism would be they did not have any bottles of still water like other airport lounges provide.
On the whole would definitely recommend especially whilst the rebuild is going on at Luton.

we have been using the Luton lounge for several years now with no problem that's until this time in the past we have had free pour on all drinks but n this visit Gent with Scottish accent (he was the only male staff member behind the bar)he told us spirits were to be staff poured as it was costing HIM money, all other drinks were free pour ie wine & beer, now this works if someone is behind the bar at all times which they were not, your staff did not seem impressed as they had to stop what they were doing to serve midst tutting & sighing, the customers were not happy having to wait (with limited time in lounge)it must have cost HIM more as I tried several wines before I found one I liked is this the new policy, I felt offended as I have been flying over years and have run bars for about the same time and I am a member on the BII and probably a lot more qualified than said gent to judge what I drink as for booking again we will see by your reply
