Need to know

Drive to the Sofitel hotel car park and head to the dedicated meet & greet area. Park in a meet and greet bay and look out for a uniformed driver.

Walk to the terminal in 3 minutes.

When you get back your car will be returned to you where you were met on arrival.

This car park comes with a ‘No Wait Guarantee'. If you have to wait longer than 10 minutes for your car to be returned you'll be refunded 25%. Any longer than 20 minutes you'll be refunded 50% and if you're waiting longer than 40 minutes you'll get all your money back.

This guarantee applies as long as:

• The correct return flight number, landing date and time have been given.
• Your flight doesn't land more than 15 minutes early, unannounced.
• There aren't any vehicle issues that prevent or delay the return of your vehicle, including mechanical, electrical, fuel.
• There are no road closures or accidents on the journey.
• Heightened security doesn't slow down entry to the airport.

Accessibility

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus isn't needed.

• Fencing
• Manned 24 hours a day

The small print

Your car will be parked in a secured compound, up to 6 miles from the airport.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/no more than 7 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). There's no height restriction.

All airport fees are included.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Getting to and from airport

Arriving at the airport

Head to the Sofitel car park and take a ticket. Follow signs for 'meet & greet operators'. You can walk to the terminal in 3 minutes.

Returning to the airport

Once you've collected your luggage, meet your driver where you dropped your car off at arrival.

At their discretion, Park Up will give you up until midnight on the date you have booked to collect your car. If you go into the next day you will be charged £10 per day.
