Need to know
Park in an arrivals lane and keep your keys. Check-in at reception then take the shuttle bus to the airport. The buses run regularly, every 10-15 minutes, and take 5 minutes. They run from 4am until the last flight has landed (usually around 12.30am). The return journey is included in the price.
When you get back the bus will pick you up where you were dropped off.
Accessibility
There are 3 accessible parking spaces - please call us before you book to request one.
Unfortunately, the shuttle bus isn't wheelchair accessible. We'd recommend searching for a meet and greet package instead as a shuttle bus isn't required.

The car park has the Park Mark award and is secured by:

The small print
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of up to midnight on the date you have booked to collect your car. If you go into the next day you will be charged the standard rate of £10 per day. Please note this is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
The car park cannot accept vehicles with 8 or more seats. If you're bringing a long wheel based vehicle you'll be required to pay an additional supplement on arrival at the car park. The supplement will equal half of the total cost of the booking.

Getting to and from airport
Arriving at the car park
Park in an arrivals lane, keep your keys and check-in at reception.
Take the shuttle bus to the airport. It's included in the price and buses run every 10-15 minutes, and take around 5 minutes to reach the terminal.
Returning to the car park
Once you have your luggage please exit the arrivals doors and make your way to the Short Stay car park (opposite the terminal building). Once in the Short Stay car park, wait in the middle where the luggage trolleys are and then give the car park a call.
