Sponsorship and donations

University of Reading - hockey team sponsorship
HolidayExtras.com sponsored a new kit for the University of Reading's hockey team in 2011/12.
The kit will be worn by players during home games at the university's main campus, Whiteknights.
Movember
The month of Movember is no ordinary month; it is the month of the moustache and at Holiday Extras we are fully embracing the 'tache - to raise money for Prostate and Cancer Research charities.
Footballing fun
Holiday Extras has supported Smeeth and Brabourne Junior Football Club since it was set up - and in 2010 the company bought the under-11s a new kit.
The company is also sponsoring club founder member Lexie Spokes, 12, who has been chosen for Kent under-14s a year early.
Demelza Cup
Holiday Extras donated £750 towards a golf tournament in aid of a children's hospice - and sent analyst and keen golfer Ryan Tillson to take part.
The Demelza Cup was held at Prince's Golf Club in Sandwich and raised about £11,000 for Demelza House Children's Hospice in Sittingbourne.
Teams of golfers from clubs across Kent and East Sussex took part, as well as representatives of organisations which were supporting the tournament.
Mid-Life Crisis Tour
Travel consultant Ian Sheppard and his brother-in-law, Peter Fletcher, cycled 780 miles from John O'Groats to Dover, raising £1,000 for spinal injuries charity Aspire.
Holiday Extras sponsored the pair's 11-day trek, which they dubbed the Mid-Life Crisis Tour, and many of their colleagues made personal donations.
Kate's charity ball
Holiday Extras is sponsoring Kate Henshaw's charity ball in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Kate is organising the ball at Port Lympne Mansion in memory of her father Ian and hopes to raise £1,500 for the charity, which provides free nursing care to cancer patients and people with other terminal illnesses in their own homes.
Holiday Extras CEO Matthew Pack presented Kate with a cheque for £300 - and the company also donated a prize for the raffle at the ball.
