(3 star hotel)
including 8 days parking
from the airport
Close at hand and easy on foot
You're unlikely to struggle finding a space in the Cambridge hotel car park - there are 600 car parking spaces in a locked compound close to the hotel, protected by cameras and barbed wire.
Dropped off the car outside the hotel ,didn't have to worry about parking it or getting transfer back to hotel like most hotel parking. Short walk took all of five minutes to departures in the morning .recomended and will stay againMr Macoy, 19 Jul, 2015 (5 out of 5)
Hotel great for location , room , food and staff great.Mr Ace, 16 Jul, 2015 (5 out of 5)
next time will use taxi both ways as transfer bus a bit of a pain especially on return.
Very pleased with the whole process. Whilst i was checking on prices with other suppliers, i was offered a discount, which made Holiday Extras the cheapest by far. Would certainly recommend.Mrs Mckay, 08 Jul, 2015 (4 out of 5)
Very pleasant stay , we had everything we needed . We have used you before , and will continue to . We have been very satisfied with the service .Mrs Layton, 08 Jul, 2015 (5 out of 5)
All went well. The car park is a very uneven place but so busy I expect there would be no room for parking whilst improvements were being carried out!Mr Davis, 22 Mar, 2015 (4 out of 5)
The system is that after parking next to the hotel to unload your baggage (thankfully, no having to lug it miles, you can drive right up to the entrance) the staff will take your car keys and park your vehicle later in the compound, through a security gate 200 metres away.
It will be moved on the day you return, ready for you in the short-stay parking area next to the hotel. Some guests prefer to hang onto their car keys and there are a limited number of available car spaces next to the hotel.
Extra car parking is charged at an additional £6 per day, and you may request this at the time of booking, or at reception when you arrive.

Getting to and from Gatwick airport
The hotel runs a bus to the airport and back 24 hours a day. The bus runs every 30 minutes, on the hour and on the half hour. The bus only has 8 seats and operates on a first come, first serve basis, so you may need to wait to get on. The journey takes around 10 minutes and will cost you £3, per person, each way.
From the airport to the hotel, the bus runs on request only. So when you get back, you'll need to call the hotel to ask for the bus and it'll meet you at the pickup point at the bus stop outside the terminal. If you're at the South terminal, it's bus stop 9 and if it's from the North terminal, it's bus stop 8. When you return, you just need to collect your car and go.
