Very disappointed with the transferring to the airport we paid for, we waited over an hour to be collected after making 2 phone calls. The driver told us they had forgotten us, wasn’t impressed

The staff were friendly and efficient. Had a lovely meal. The only issue was no lift, which wasn't mentioned. Otherwise highly recommend using for Gatwick travellers.

On the positive side, the parking; journey time to the airport and the evening meal were very good. On the other hand, the room we had did not come up to expectation. There was a smell in the room of uncertain origin, and we did not feel comfortable staying there. The price was the best we could get (by a long way) so maybe it's a case of you get what you pay for.

Had to carry 2 cases down 2 flights of stairs and back up in morning...71 year's old...room dark but OK Restaurant and bar area very good..we would stay there again as had parking for car..staff were good... and took you in and back from airport ..
