  • Russ Hill Family room and service very good. I just found the car parking rather unorganised and feel it needs laying out better.

  • Russ Hill Great large family room, but slightly noisy (pipes and water from surrounding rooms). Bus to collect car at end of holiday only runs once an hour so can mean quite a wait, but all went very smoothly and would use again.

  • Russ Hill Yes, and in this instance we were upgraded to include dinner and breakfast, although we were travelling too early for breakfast, it was a lovely buffet meal for dinner.

  • Russ Hill Staff were very helpful. Parking was easier. Would have been a higher mark except that the hotel room was disappointing. Everything had been newly varnished and all the surfaces were sticky. The bathroom needed updating. However for a few hours sleep it was OK.
