Security
Depending on availability your car will be kept off site at the Secured Long Stay car park that serves terminals 1 and 3. The site has passed rigorous police checks and has the Park Mark® security award for its security measures which include:
- Comprehensive CCTV surveillance
- Frequent patrols by security personnel
- Wire fencing
- Security barriers at the entrance and exit
Parking procedure
On arrival the automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system will let you through the security barrier, so make sure you get it right when you book. Just take a ticket as you enter and follow the signs to the zone indicated on the board to your space.
When you’re back, catch the Long Stay bus from the courtesy pick-up point at the terminal, or bus stop 17 if you fly into Terminal 3.
You can also use the ‘Heathrow Hoppa Bus’ service which links the Premier Inn, the car park and Heathrow airport terminals. Tickets cost £4.50 for a single or £8 for return and can be bought from the friendly driver as you board.
