The famous Superlambananas installation on canvas are an entertaining sight while you wait for the lift, and a tongue-in-cheek sculpture of a horse with a lamp on its head is a life-sized nod to the local Aintree racecourse.

Proximity to the Airport - It’s literally 50 paces from the lift doors of the Hampton to the Departures at Liverpool airport, but the triple-glazed windows keep the noise firmly outside.

A touch of the old school -The good, old-fashioned ‘borrow and replace’ library is just lovely. There’s also free wifi throughout for the computer geeks among us.
