Rooms at the Britannia Ashley feature an en-suite bathroom, TV, telephone, radio, hairdryer, trouser press and tea/coffee making facilities.

Room service is available at the hotel 24 hours a day.

Dining

The traditional, relaxed feel of the La Cafe restaurant remains the same but the menu changes. What will you choose - a starter and main or a dessert and main? Or maybe all three? You could have tomato soup or melon cocktail to start followed by roast breast of chicken and stuffing or poached salmon in a cream and chive sauce with vegetables and potatoes. If you've a sweet tooth, rhubarb crumble and custard or orange and lemon gateau may finish it off a treat.

There is also a self service carvery and chef's specials of the day. Dinner is served from Monday to Sunday from 6pm to 8.45pm. A two-course meal can be added to your overnight stay.

A three-cousre buffet lunch is served from noon to 2.30pm. The selection changes every day, one day it might be soup, lasagne, chicken or fish, the next day it could be different - but still sure to delight.

Enjoy your favourite tipple or a light snack in the Residents Bar. Chilli con carne with rice or chips, sausage and chips, fish, chips and peas as well as filled baguettes are just a few hunger busters. The bar is open from 7am to 11pm.

Earliest check-in time is 2pm, unless otherwise arranged. Latest check-out time is 11am, unless otherwise arranged.

Facilities for disabled customers

Unfortunately there are no disabled facilities at the Britannia Ashley Hotel.
