  • No. 1 lounge - Terminal 3 Staff was very helpful. Lounge was small compared to Qantas/Admiral lounge (3 to 4 times size different). Inside the lounge, it was more packed up compared to outside.

  • No. 1 lounge - Terminal 3 The cinema was reserved and so were other areas for groups? The meal was so small it was ridiculously small. I am diabetic and all the "snacks were full of carbohydrates, I.e. Cake, biscuits, even the salads had pasta or similar in them. The spa services were also fully booked

  • No. 1 lounge - Terminal 3 The staff were very helpful and the refreshments were very good. We were disappointed that the Snug was not available. It certainly didn't appear to need cleaning but it could not be used. A member of staff looked in a few times but nothing was done for the whole time we were in the lounge which was just over 4 hours. Also several of the dining tables had a reserve notice on them and as another was cleared it was reserved. This didn't effect us but we were surprised to see it happen.

  • No. 1 lounge - Terminal 3 Yes but it was very very busy and had difficulty in finding seats - Staff helpful - Some people were lying down on the seats which didn't look very good and also meant they occupied 2 seats each which was a bit selfish - Overall good service

  • No. 1 lounge - Terminal 3 Food quality was poor and staff were not overly friendly. Quite a cramped area - overall disappointing. Much preferred the SkyTeam lounge in Terminal 4.

  • No. 1 lounge - Terminal 3 We thought it was overpriced, overcrowded and food was poor.
    We were told we would have a sit down meal but we were crammed into a small seated area and could choose one small item from a limited menu. Our son had one piece of dry toast, not even any butter on it!
    The desserts on the self selection table were tiny but also still frozen when I bit into one!
    Definitely wouldn't use again. Even contemplated asking for a refund, which I never do!
