  • Airparks Birmingham Park and Ride Service was excellent but I think you need to make it more obvious that the car park is actually OFFSITE as I just assumed it was at the Airport.

  • Airparks Birmingham Park and Ride We booked meet and greet but on return journey I was noble to contact them for 45 minutes as no one picked up the phone. Finally when I managed to locate their rep atbthevairport I was told that I had to wait another 20minutes because they did not have a driver!

  • Airparks Birmingham Park and Ride It was not easy to find Airparks but the service from them was very good. A bus every 20 minutes on return would be good a half hours wait in the cold is not much of a welcome back but very helpful staff.
