Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival: Drive to the Valet Parking reception point and report to reception. The valet staff will complete acceptance forms and park your vehicle for you. If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking then please call 01293 502347 at least 24 hours before arrival to re-confirm.

Departure: On your return please follow signs for the Short Stay car park and go to the Valet reception where you dropped your car off.
