Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival: If you didn't confirm your return flight details with us when you made your booking, please call 01293 502347 at least 24 hours before your depart to confirm. Make sure you take your booking confirmation with you to the car park.
Pull up to the barrier and it will automatically scan your registration, provide you with a ticket and lift to let you in. If a ticket is not dispensed, press the button. Drive past the blue car park and enter the red area, both on your left. Head up to level 2 to the purple Valet parking area and press the button to open the barrier. Park and report to reception where you will confirm your details, leave your keys and be given a receipt, which you should keep. Take the zebra crossing to the lift, then turn right, following signs for the terminals. Cross the road and follow signs for departures to your left. Take the moving walkway to check-in.

Departure: Take the moving walkway from arrivals, following signs for “All car parks”. Leave the terminal and follow signs for the Short Stay car park. Cross the road and walk through the yellow entrance, then turn right into Red car park 2. The reception will be in front of you. Hand in your receipt and you will be given your keys and directed to your car. Don’t insert your debit or credit card to get out or you will be charged again for your parking. If you have any problems at the barrier, press the intercom button and speak to a member of staff.
