Superb service, everything as described, good value. A suggestion would be to point out that they reception area for the valet parking is in through the second set of barriers to the short term parking, we were in a hurry and it was dark and went into the first short term parking entarnc,e went to the top could not find it and paniced left the exit then realised there was a second set of barriers, our fault as we were rushing. but it could be worth mentioning in directions.

Staff spoke very bad English, hard to understand but polite and friendly. Expected the car to be at the office when we came home but had to find it in the next bay.

Valet parking was pain free, well signposted and the process of leaving and collecting keys was quick. On leaving the car you cross the road straight into the terminal, perfect!

Everything was brilliant. Staff were pleasant and helpful, the car was waiting for us when we got back - excellent. After a very negative experience with this service at Luton Airport last year we were a little nervous that all would be well at Gatwick. Our fears were unfounded - well done!
