Everything went smoothly except there was a 20 minute wait for the shuttle bus when we returned. The call centre operator sorted a mistake (that I made) very proficiently and helpfully.

Initially not sure where the carpark was, even though I know the airport well, but was well signposted. The instructions could perhaps be clearer for those not arriving from the M25, ie from both directions on the A4. Parked right by a bus shelter and bus came in 2 minutes. On return bus again came in 2 mins. Same driver both times - very pleasant and made sure we were seated before starting off. We hd been a little unsure where to get the bus - s sign saying Carpark Shuttle Buses would be helpful.

The business car parking for Terminal three was spot on.. with no hitches at all, just drive in ,park & hop on a shuttle bus and within a few minutes dropped off at the terminal. Then as an addition sat in comfort in Service Air Lounge for a couple of hours while awaiting the flight. On return to the Terminal, approx 2min wait for a shuttle bus and only a couple of minutesarriving back in the carpark and drive away in minutes.

The transfer buses were supposed to run every 7 mins (I think - Business Parking 1 at LHR) but it was certainly longer than that that I waited at both ends.
