Heathrow Business Parking transfers

Transfers are included in the price and are available 24 hours a day. Transfers run every eight to 10 minutes between 5am and 11.30pm. Outside these times, you should request a transfer using the intercoms at the bus stops.

Meet and Greet

Slightly more expensive than the park and ride option, but much more convenient, a Meet and Greet parking service means you can drive directly to and from the airport terminal.

Arrival and departure procedures

Arrival: The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking.
When you arrive at the car park, drive up to the barrier. Your number plate will be read and recognised and a ticket showing your booking reference will be issued. If the ticket is not issued automatically, press the button for a ticket. Go to the zone indicated and park your car.

Departure: Catch the grey transfer bus from the airport back to the car park and collect your car. The bus stop is marked Business Parking and is outside the valet parking office.
If your ticket has your booking reference printed on it, drive to the exit and insert the ticket into the barrier. If your ticket does not have your booking reference on it, go to the customer service exit lane and show the ticket, quoting your booking reference.
