booked car parking for terminal 4 at Heathrow, found the location easily using the directions provided. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful, service excellent both on outward and inward journey. Had an elderly relative trave4lling with us and this service assisted greatly in reducing stress and anxiety for all of us. Thank you

The hotel, staff, facilities, food etc. were great. The only problem we would have had if it were not for one of the reception staff at the hotel was that our taxi driver to take us to the airport at 3.45 a.m. did not turn up. Luckily there were another couple at the hotel going back to the airport and their driver did turn up and the lady on reception managed to stop him from driving off and got him to give us and our luggage a lift too.

Airport partking was fantastic highly recommend them but the shuttle transfer from and to the hotel in New York was not good- on arrival it was not clear where the phones were to get the shuttle to pick us up as the desk was shut the shuttle was an hour and a half late picking us up to go home next time we will take a taxi.
