I liked the fact you had free newspapers at reception. A very quick, efficient service, the only thing that would stop me using you again is that the route to the car park from our direction (Sussex) via the M4 is quite complicated.

I'm so pleased you've contacted me - it saves me looking for Q Parkings's address. I was so impressed by their excellent service I wanted to write and thank them. I particularly liked the fact that everything about the organisation was clean & efficient. The office was immaculate; the office staff & drivers were smart, friendly and efficient; the mini-buses were clean and comfortable and the pick-up worked like clockwork. I've never used such a service before and didn't know what to expect but I was totaly impressed - so much so my comments are probably far too gushy for you to publish!!
