All went well on departure and arrival. No hold-ups, staff were very efficient. Whole process at departure and arrival took about 5 minutes in total. Car was ready when I got to it on return from holiday. A great service!!

the service was excellent but on collection of my vehicle it was parked away from the reception, luckily the weather was good or I would have been very wet if it was raining whilst I tried to locate my vehicle and on opening it it had and still does have a very bad smell like milk that has gone off , has someone who drove it had a coffee or similair and spilled it in my car ? I wont be using again

We have used this meet and greet many times. This was the first time we had to queue. It took approximately mins. There is a new system in place so maybe this was the problem. Otherwise everything was great. The return had no issues and we got our car very fast

Alterations going on at Manchester T1 caused confusion with initial parking and check In for the car. Other than that all was OK.

The only issue is with the term Meet and Greet, because there is literally meeting or greeting involved. The name implies something from yesteryear and I heard people as we walked away muttering dissatisfaction to that.

T1 M&G was signposted well and the licence plate recognition on screen was reassuring when we arrived. Fast and easy access to terminal building. Helps ease those nerves before departure.

We would definite never use this service again! It was chaotic parking our car on arrival and even worse when we were trying to exit the car park. When we arrived there were teens of cars waiting to park and no one seemed to have a clue what to do. Eventually we left our car in a spot where luggage was being pushed past, people knocking wing mirrors trying to utilise the small walkway next to the parked cars. On arrival back to collect our car we had our 3 year old granddaughter with us. Collection of the keys was a quick procedure and we were told to collect our car from a bay behind the meet & greet building and on exit say Scotland into the microphone on the barrier. On entering the park where our car was utter chaos met us. There were mini buses, taxis & cars all trying to either park or exit. We got into the queue with a very exhausted 3 year old to find the traffic was grid locked at the barriers as those having to ring to quote the password were kept waiting by the person answering the phone. i spoke to a meet & greet guy who smugly said that he wasn't able to help as it was probably the drivers fault for not following instructions or having their disc available. i asked if he could go to the barrier to assist these drivers and he just laughed along with his colleague and proceeded to do nothing! It took us minutes to exit the car park with a screaming 3 year old in the back! Whoever runs this meet & greet needs to spend time training their staff because the customer service provided is appalling!

The whole parking experience was a joy from start to finish. We booked fast track through security as well as meet and greet and so we parked the car and mins later we were sat having a coffee in the departure lounge!

At gone midnight after a long flight and a three hour journey ahead of us the hours wait was not welcomed at all. As we have been booking with you every six to eight weeks not good service at all. Very upset.

Booking process was no problem, however one issue arose with entry to car park. This was due to automatic registration plate reader error. The only drawback to this was aminute wait for staff to respond to the assistance call at the gate.

The outward trip was fine, when we returned it was a busy night at the Airport, when we went to collect the car there was only one person a long queue outside the office the person was calm and coped it took a while.
