"Dear ????,We were very pleased to be able to park in the Terminal 1 Multi story and it proved to be a good price as we were there only 5 days. We were a little late to collect the car as there had been a 1 1/2 hour delay in Frankfurt but it seems that this might have been taken into consideration and we were allowed to exit quickly and easily without any extra cost ...... However ..... The instructions on how where to park were very confusing. We were looking for 'long stay' parking and found ourselves in a massive open air car-park, a long way from the Terminal. We panicked! Luckily we were allowed out of the car park (without charge) and found our way back to the Short Stay Multi story which became the Long Stay Multi story CP but not until we were INSIDE! The rest of the experience was pleasant and trouble free. It would help if this was made clearer to future customers. Otherwise, thank you for a worry free few days!"

Meet and Greet
Slightly more expensive than the park and ride option, but much more convenient, a Meet and Greet parking service means you can drive directly to and from the airport terminal.

Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival: At the barrier place the same credit/debit card used to make the booking into the ticket (card) slot on the barrier control panel, this will confirm your booking and the barrier will raise automatically. Please remember to remove your credit card before proceeding to park your vehicle. Please note failure to use the correct card may result in additional charges, (the last 4 digits of the card used will be shown on your confirmation). At the barrier, if you do not have the card used to make the booking, press the help button at the entrance, quote your reference number and follow the instructions provided by the operator. At peak times keys may be taken and car parked for you.
Departure: When exiting the car park follow the same procedures and place the same credit/debit card used to make the booking into the ticket (card) slot and the barrier will raise automatically. If you do not have the credit card on your return, or if the payment card was not inserted on arrival, at the exit barrier press the help button and again follow instructions from the operator - have your airport booking confirmation with the reference number readily available.
