Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival: Please telephone our customer services 30 minutes before scheduled arrival time on 07921 232909 or 0191 2144022. Park immediately outside the terminal entrance in our short stay car park 3 (fast track car park), just a few meters from the check-in hall, where our chauffeur will be waiting to meet you.
Departure: On your return to Newcastle airport, after collecting your luggage, please telephone 07921 232909. Alternatively, please dial 555 on the white courtesy telephone in baggage reclaim situated near the toilet facilities. Then simply proceed outside the terminal and turn immediately right towards our short stay car park 3 (fast track car park), where your car will be waiting for collection.
